Gaming The SM RedCafe League

Should've known Olic would get a rating decrease. I really did not concider the ratings when making my transfers though, so if any is increased then it's pure luck on my side. I know that tons of the original Swansea-team would probably get a rating increase, but only 1 or 2 left from that bunch, so I wont benefit from it :(

I've made a bit of a blunder with Krul too. I thought he wouldnt get increase by much, but if the German league is anything to go by, he will get a decent increase, but I gambled and brought in Valdes.

Results are finally in.

International Results

Australia 1 - 4 Argentina (Ralaks)
England (Excal) 3 - 0 Finland*
Czech Republic 1 - 3 Germany (Zarlak)
Colombia 1 - 1 Netherlands (Damien1990)
Lithuania 0 - 1 Portugal (maniak)
Spain (Mr Anderson) 5 - 1 Slovenia

*Not 100% sure on the scoreline but England did win by at least 3 goals looking at the tables. For some reason it didn't say the scoreline on his page.

Has it been confirmed that he has retired yet? From what I've heard all signs point to Abidal retiring, and when he does he'll most likely be removed from the game. Bit unfortunate, especially as you haven't had him for two weeks yet.

Bit off topic but could you update the fixtures for the LMS game robo? Thanks

Viva Culo irlandés

5 Star Spain seal the deal
Spain got off to a flier in their World Cup Qualifiers after hammering Slovenia 5-1 at home. Mr Anderson, affectionately known as "Culo irlandés" by the Spanish faithful, couldnt have dreamed for a better start. "Well it was a shock I got the job in the first place" he said with a gleeful look. "I was on holiday in Alicante, banged a local bird and missed my flight home" he explained to the puzzled media. "I then got Mike Ashley to send over his private jet, the Wright Brothers "sportsdirect-com" Glider, and upon waiting a week for it to arrive, I saw the job opening in Marca and the rest is history.......including the bird I banged." He concluded about the game "Cesc and Villa were fecking unreal. I was like “GGGGGGGGGUUUUUUUAAAAAAAAAPPPPPAAAAAAAAAAA" at every touch they had on the ball, mental craic. "

"My goal is to get to the finals in Argentina, purely as I have never banged a South American lass". Ando not jets back to face plucky Fulham in the Sunday class in the league.

My latest story.......

England 3 - 0 Finland

Goals:
Young (30)
Carrick (71)
Rooney (89)

Carrick booked in the 2nd minute for kicking the ball away. Ferdinand booked in the 57th minute for "shouting abusive language" (possibly calling Terry a "white cnut"?)

Elsewhere in Group 8, Wales and Denmark drew at one-all, with the Welsh getting a goal from Craig "cuntface" Bellamy and a strong performance from Ryan Giggs, coming out of his international retirement to try to give Wales one last shot at a World Cup Final.

7' In a swift counter-attack, Carles PUYOL races up the field but clumsily trips over the ball

69' A poor finish by Fernando TORRES

Pick of my commentary comments. Game is 100% accurate imo!

From around the International world:

Despite having striker Michalis Konstantinau sent off in the 34th minute after a petulant kick at his marker, Cyprus was able to get 3 points from South Korea behind a goal from midfielder Siniša Dobrasinovic.

The Fletchers Darren and Steven, now playing in Serie A for Inter and Lazio respectively, each scored, Darren picking up Man of the Match Honors, to give Scotland a 2-1 victory over Ukraine.

Possibly the most surprising result of the day was Colombia's one-all draw with the Netherlands. Dutch fans are already clamoring for the replacement of their new manager.

Nani scored himself a goal and earned himself Man of the Match in Portugal's one-nil win over Lithuania.

Antonio Valencia scored a goal for Ecuador, despite having been played on the LEFT wing by Ecuador's dyslexic manager.

Yaya Banana rose by 7 to 82.
I under-estimated Sochaux.

Edit - Infact No, i was amazed, he rose by that much.
he has played just 7 matches for a team, which is placed in relegation zone.

He has only signed since Jan though. His performence in the Africa Champions League is probably the biggest bump in his ratings there, his team won it in November I think.

Cost me a few hundered K that lad

These Big Risers annoy me :(

anyway done my tactics for today. mwhahahaha

time will tell, Carlisle off to a flier though.
Eh, lost 3-1 first game and was in relegation places, won the next game though patrick's team had more possession, worryingly squad rating is very poor compared to other division 3 clubs, only have 181k of funds remaining and cannot swap any more players due to transfer bans so stuck with this team, to summarize - not good.

well I was reffering to the "stock exchange" comment, getting players and having their ratings rise ;) Too early to say who has started off well results wise.

Ok my bad. But we will have plenty more risers from the other leagues, Trionz for e.g. has a +9/10 player from serie a. I only bought those three risers and all are defenders from the bundesliga, were 78 rated so could afford them.

I've played this wrong transfer wise, i thought it would be like fm where players would rise as you played them etc, not by what they do in real life, so ive just bought players ive seen in the search, i've not actually "scouted" through forums so i'm fecked, since whenever i've had a rating change it's resulted in players going down :(
