There are already two matches scheduled for that date, try to arrange a different date with harms. If not, perhaps one of the other two matches on that day could reschedule if possible. Would prefer not having 3 matches on the same day but don't mind it as a last resort.
 
I am going to have to pull out of the first game, so @anant is going to be managing.
 
Regarding the teams who plays in a 4-4-2 system, a Cole/Yorke duo would have been guaranteed success.:D

Monday already has two matches, so Tuesday might be better - unless you can work it out with the managers having their matches on Mon and get them to reschedule.

Looking at the overall scheduling of the matches, I know this draft is taking a wee while to get going. However, it's very much understandable given this draft more than any other will be mostly be about the front-loaded investment.

It can't exceed one post.

Try to be as succinct as you can. Finer points on individual players (of which there will be many) can be dealt with during the match, you don't have to present a comprehensive case for every member of your team in the write-up.

There is just so little information available that I want to get everything i've learned into the write up.

I actually PM'd Marcos deto to ask for some input as I know hes clued up on all things argentinian football related, but hes been inactive since august last year

Heh...well, yes.

He was banned, I think. Or demoted - or something, I don't remember what happened. Probably had something to do with Messi, whatever it was.

Keep it on point as best as possible and under a post length.

If you'd like to make a comprehensive post on the set-up/players etc (which would be great btw and would recommend others to do so too), you can always use this main thread and post the link in the match OP for further reading.

Whilst we do believe that the proposed ratings system is a pretty nice idea, given the experimental theme of this draft, the draft committee has decided to retain the current voting system over the proposed ratings method for a few reasons.

We want to encourage more voters to vote and whilst there is always the potential for a few outlier votes (as there always has been), we don't wish to potentially dissuade non-regulars from voting - as there is always the room for uncomfortable confrontations etc with the proposed system, with neutrals being tagged to explain their votes etc (for instance the last draft where just about every non-regular was uncomfortable under the spotlight given the circumstances). The draft committee also doesn't wish to have the power to determine/vet votes and it was always designed to adopt a laissez-faire and a non-interventionist approach, apart from minor disputes etc. We feel it could potentially be opening a can of worms when it comes to determining which votes are valid and which are not, in quite a few cases.
