Bandidas. Watched the first twenty minutes or so of it. Looks to be not good at all but it does have Salma Hayek and Penelope Cruz in it. I'm hoping they end up lesbian lovers, that'd be a good ending.

Just seen Dial M for Murder. feck me, that was some film, and to think I thought it'd be a bit average.
What made you think it would be average? I haven't seen a single average movie by Hitchcock yet. They've all been brilliant, excellent or very good.
Except Rebecca which was shit.
I thought Rebecca was okay. None of the Hitchcock films I've seen so far have been poor; they are at worst, average.
I thought it'd be average after watching The Birds. As for Rebecca it was brilliant. Don't; listen to Crappy, he thinks Forrest Gump, Crash and Requiem for a Dream are great films.

What the bloody hell was that all about? Clive Owen spends the best part of 2hours shooting about 500 guys. Some good shooting scenes but I was left unsatisfied, as there was no real substance to the movie. Why did he keep eating carrots as well?

Not liking Departed is one thing but now Forest Gump? You officially over analyze movies Spooney!
I didn't dislike The Departed, Kiwi. But it wasn't a patch on Infernal Affairs. Which IMO should be in the top 100.
This won't make Forrest Gump any less of a film.
granted there isn't anything so deep and meaningful in it, it's mostly trivial but the way it's made still fascinates me. Zemeckis at his (almost) best.

The point is that I've made my points on all the above mentioned films, numerous times in the past. I will just call them rubbish and simply move on.

I've seen all of those. All of them are fantastic movies. 400 Blows and Breathless were the beginnings of the french new wave.
