Wonder Boy in Monster World, was one of my favourite games, the only one I had ever played. Played it on an emulator not long back, still enjoyed it.
I haven't played that one (or any of the other Wonder Boy games) yet. As far as I know the others are more platformer than shooter like the one I've got, so would like to try them some time.

I always get mixed up, but the action rpg one is by far the best. Monster land, or monster world or something. They were a weird series, covering platformers/shoot em ups and rpgs, but great.

The very first one was a proper challenge back in the day and still great. That and Psycho Fox were really the only platformers of the time that could challenge Mario.

I've played these days Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons.

I would recommend this game to anyone, especially to those who like games that are different to most of the games. It is short (3 or 4 hour) but incredible. The entire game is a puzzle-platformer but puzzles are great and they don't get repeated. The story is also fantastic, as it is the music.

Wouldn't say that is as good as To The Moon (although on the bright side, this game has gameplay after all), but it is close.

On the caf, the only one I have seen mentioning it is @SmashedHombre

Good shout. I really need to finish it.

It can be done in a single evening, or at most in two days. Depending on how good the player is at solving puzzles, it is 3-4 hours long (probably 2 hours in replay).

Have both of them on my Steam acc, but not downloaded. Will have to get around to them at some point after Suikoden 3.

Brothers is a pretty unique experience. The use of analog sticks is really, really clever, and the story is told in a very cool way.

Yeah, when I've looked at the previous games before it's seemed a bit confusing.

I was thinking of getting a Master System sometime. I'll try the others out if I do end up doing so.

What's Arkham Origins like? I love Asylum and recently played City which was I liked, but I know Origins was made by a different developer. Just wondering if I should pick it up if I see it cheap.

I got a copy of Sonic 3 a couple of days ago and played it for the first time ever last night. Seems pretty good from the first couple of acts that I played. I can't believe they changed the invincibility and extra life music though from the first two, that's just wrong.

Just saw that :( Absolutely terrible. RIP, thanks for all the games :(

Terrible news. Condolences to his family.

Cancer is a terrible disease.

Also worth noting that the guy cut his pay, so he didn't have to lay people off. Just showed what a great man he was.

Journey was released on PS4 today.

The golden sand slide part is possibly the most beautiful thing I've seen in a video game.

Shadowrun: Hong Kong has an official release date - August 20th. About time Pillars of Eternity got some competition for RPG of the year.
