The RedCafe FM Experiment

20. Flawless Thaw (Inter)

Barcelona finally caved in and bought their first caftard. 34.5 million was enough to persuade him to make the move to the Nou Camp and he hasn't looked back. Winning the spanish and european super cup, the club world championship and finishing runners-up in the champions league and winning the La Liga. Not bad for your first season. Playing the holding role behind Aguero, Iniesta, Bojan and Messi he still managed to score 11 goals and get 11 assists and play 51 games. Good times for Flawless.

Random Info: I put here last season he must be getting sick of not winning anything, i somehow think that isn't the case now.

[

Awesome! Seeing as the FSW is at United, I'd rather be at Barca for now! Glad to get away from Serie A that's for sure.

FM Experiment Update 2019/2020

1. Cinadine Cidane (Fiorentina)

Another sixth place in Serie A, it's becoming as much a tradition as Juve third. Cidane can console himself with being vice-captain and with the UEFA cup! Best player he was again, but not top scorer, falling two behind but 25 is again a very impressive haul. A season of improvement is needed.

Random info: Now tutoring Marco Donnarumma.

2. Cw1984 (Manchester United)

As sure as eggs is eggs, Rafa was always going to work at United wasn't he? Winning them their first piece of silverware in 10 years with an FA cup triumph over Sunderland. CW had a good enough season, playing more games than any other at the club (52), but he seems to be unhappy and the reason seems to be he feels he's done all he can at United. No-one has registered an interest yet but the window still has a long way to go, watch this space. United finished sixth so UEFA cup is the only european trips next season.

Random Info: That FA cup win was the first winners medal CW has receieved in his career.

3. Diver (Arsenal)

I think they should just give up and give the title to Arsenal for next season already, they won it this season a massive 20 points ahead of Man City. diver again integral, but this time in a different role. He played the majority of games at MC this season and scored 10 goals a personal best for the young man. Oh and another community shield and League cup winners medal as well. But sadly Diver's season ended in the worst possible way, being sent off in the champions league final that led to them losing on penalties.

Random Info: Unlike CW Diver won his 21st winners medal this year.

4. Hassan Emirati (Juventus)

Any bets where Juve finished? Well 2nd actually so an improvement, but still 10 points behind the winners. Hassan didn't have the best of season's personally, only getting 3 goals in his 40 appearances wasn't the best return for the lad. Another who seems to have done all he can for his club, he is started to show signs of discontent.

Random Info: Hassan didn't make a single mistake that led to a goal.

5. Alex Hemming (AC Milan)

Hemming was AC Milan's best player this season, but it was a season that again brought dissapointement. Losing both the Italian Cup final and the UEFA cup final within a week has to be hard to take, especially seeing as they finished 5th in the table so will have to make do with the UEFA cup again next season. Hemming's season was pretty good, again winning Serie A defender of the Year he has proved to be one of the best centre backs in the league, but trophies count baby.

Random Info: Hemming was named Serie A defender of the year for a record equaling fourth time, tied with Nesta.

6. Jacob (Napoli)

Well i have no idea how it happened but Napoli won the champions league! Somehow toppling the mighty Arsenal in a penalty shootout after a game for the ages. Going 2-0 up in half an hour before being pegged back to 2-2 before the break! The second half saw Napoli get to 4-2 and Diver to get sent off, Arsenal still somehow fought back and drew level just before the final whistle. Nothing in extra time so onto pens where a miss by Arsenal's Obertan proved costly and Napoli took the title! Jacob played the entire game but didn't score either in game or a pen but set up one of the goals. In the league Napoli finished third and Jacob was made vice-captain, scoring 10 and being their best player.

Random Info: Jacob will be at the Euros in the group of death. England, Portugal, Sweden and Croatia!

7. Dennis Law (R. Madrid)

48 games 43 goals not bad Mr Law. I could just leave it at that but no, Real finally did it and beat Barca to the title. 101 points and 104 goals is not bad at all and Law again swept away with the accolades: European striker and footballer of the year, and world player and footballer of the year he just can't get a big enough trophy cabinet.

Random Info: Under the captaincy of Darren Fletcher, Law will look to win the Euros for the mighty Scots.

8. Cristiano Lazytov (Chelsea/Man City)

Where oh where is the best place for a lazy, money grabbing striker. He's done Chelsea so Man City it is! 12.5 million in January after only a handful of games at Chelsea that season and Lazytov looked forward to the challenge. Sadly manager Mark Hughes bought and then didn't play. Only the one start for Lazytov and only 6 sub appearances in the rest of the season meant another year taking splinters out of his arse. Man City finished second but did little of note in the cups.

Random Info: City have 8 first team strikers, why did they buy Lazytov?

9. Legold Legster (Real Madrid)

Legster played 46 times this year, and didn't get a goal. And at free scoring Madrid that is an achievement, but not a surprise when you think he's only scored 6 in his entire career! Again a solid presence he was rewarded for his good service with a new 5 year deal at the club. Now come on lad get some goals in you and you'll be a superstar.

Random Info:
Legold think Tatalovic organises the defence well.

10. Karan Mittal (Chelsea)

Still at Chelsea and it seems the loss of Lazytov has galvinised them, finishing 4th in the league after several seasons in the midtable and Mittal being the star man. Top scoring with 10 and being their best player with 7.22, it does still show that Chelsea aren't the best but they're getting back to where they were (with the big man himself, all 39 years of him, still playing away). No trophies isn't a surprise but beating Swansea 4-1 was the highlight of the season.

Random Info: Another player who wants out, and fast!

11. Rasmus Nilsson (Bayern Munich)

Did Bayern win the league? Do bears shit in the woods? Well the answer seems to be no. Leverkusen are the new champs pipping Bayern by 2 points to the title. The also were seconds away from being in the champions league final before a 92 minute penalty saw them knocked out on away goals. Nilsson didn't have the best of times, an average of 6.9 does not point to a great season and only setting up 4 whilst on the wings with Psmith up front has to be seen as poor.

Random Info: Rasmus feels Psmith is a vital part of the team.

12. niMic (Lyon)

Still at Lyon quite surprisingly and doing a bit better. 26 games isn't the best but it's an improvement no doubt. He also got 9 goals a personal best for him and picked up the obligatory league and cup winners medals that come with playing for Lyon. He did however have a part in getting Lyon to the semi-final's of the Champions league before Arsenal came and steamrolled them, niMic did grab a consolation goal for them though in the 6-1 aggregate defeat.

Random Info: Norway have what some would call an easy group at the Euros. Switzerland, Czech republic and the big boys Italy.

13. Alwyn Payne (Juventus)

Alwyn turned it on this year, 7.34 average and 16 goals he did the best he could to help Juve suceed but sadly it wasn't enough. It's hard to find fault in stats like that, but somehow Juve are always the nearly men.

Random Info: He signed that new contract and will remain at the Old Lady till 2024.

14. Paz (Juventus)

Another decent season for Paz, but again nothing to show for it. 4 goals, 13 assists in 34 games is alright but seriously how can't Juve win?

Random Info:
Got in team of the week three times this year... a record.

15. Psmith (FC Bayern)

Psmith he scores goals, 35 in 43 to be exact. But not coming away with any silverware after that sort of return is criminal. He also had to play second fiddle to the mighty Dennis Law finishing second in every catagory Law won!

Random Info: Holds 5 records for India, fastest goal (23 seconds), most goals in a season (19), highest rating in a season (8.65), most MoM in a season (6) and most goals scored in history (a whopping 62 in 45 caps!!!)

16. Chris Searl (Inter)

Got injured at the right time this season, only missing out on the winter break with his ankle knock. Inter won the title this season and in no small part thanks to Searl, with Flawless gone to Barca the centre of midfield was his to own and his 9 goals and 11 assists made him the top scoring non striker. Although 3 of those did come in a 10-0 victory over a very poor Chievo side.

Random Info: Chris is Canada's second in command.

17. Shorty Phelan (Juventus)

Again top scorer and best player at Juve, but this time getting Serie A top scorer! 29 in 29 league games was enough to do it for him and he finally got that award he's been so close to for the last few seasons. But that is probably all he has to shout about, Juve again empty handed.

Random Info: Shortyhas fractured his ribs and is going to miss out on the Euro's.

18. Ubor Skolskov (Juventus)

13 goals and 8 assists this season for the big Russian, a rating of 7.4 and still Juve can't win!!! It seems they are a bunch of superstars playing in a team of toddlers.

Random Info: Ubor is the Serie A foreign player of the year runner up.

19. Sam Stock (Inter)

19 goals and 12 assists this season, i said last year when he had better stats that he could do more so i'll say it again. He played for the most part through the middle as well so no excuses there. But a rating of 7.43 suggests he isn't exactly playing badly, and winning the league will surely help him get over it.

Random Info: He was named Serie A player of they year runner up.

20. Flawless Thaw (Barcelona)

He played more games for Barca than any other this season and is the lynch pin of their team. Anchoring the best defence in the league superbly and weighing in with 11 goals and assists as well. He has settled to life here like a duck to water, but it was a trophyless season for the boys from the Nou Camp. Falling just behind Madrid and losing to rejuvenated Sevilla in the spanish cup final thanks to Nani's penalty miss.

Random Info: Has 17 in 37 for England, not bad for a DM!

21. Walrus (Arsenal)

What a terrible season for Walrus... who am i trying to kid! 40 in 54 for the tusked one and given the captain's armband for the gunners as they marched to another title.

Random Info: somehow the media thought they would finish second, yeah right.

22. Ed Weatherall (Arsenal)

65 games and 45 clean sheets for him this season, he played every single game this season. He also knocked the smug look of Casillas' face by taking his spot in the world team of the year. Take that you spanish bastard.

Random Info: He's just pretty bloody good now.

23. George Worst (Arsenal)

George was a goal making machine, 25 assists this season and 8 goals too helped Arsenal to canter to the title. The winger from Brussel's played 54 times this season and is now a firm fan's favourite at Ashburton Grove.

Random Info: I think Belgium may have the group of death now, Holland, Russia, France and Belgium.

Sorry about the lack of pictures, that's the most time consuming bit of it. If some people really want to see theirs i'll put them up. Look out for the Euro's update coming soon.

Most time consuming? That's a dirty lie :p

You could use Imagebam to upload all the pictures at the same time, having them put in an album automatically, and then just give us the link to see them ourselves.

Oh, and why do you never post the European competitions at the end of your post when you do your little competition summary? I guess it's mostly mentioned in the actual player summaries, but it would be nice

If you're finding it time consuming I can take over for a bit if you want Xander? Ireckon I could probably get another update out tonight after your european one.

Citeh
Sparky

Another top update

Just a few things, on City signing Lazytov despite having 8 strikers, it's hardly stopped them this season

And how many goals as Law scored now, just seems to score loads every season

good times indeed. gunners captain fo sho.

in real life, i was actually born in islington, not 30 seconds away from the old highbury ground.....never went to see a game.

European Championships 2020

Group Stages

Group A

Norway, Italy, Czech Republic and Switzerland in this group, with niMic and new Norway captain Hemming the only caftards on show. Norway won the group thanks to 3-0 wins over the Swiss and Czech's and a 0-0 draw with the Italians that also proved enough to help them through.

Group B

Scotland, Spain, Turkey, Germany with Law our only caftard here. And he didn't do too bad, scoring the winners in 4-0 and 2-1 wins over Germany and Spain respectively. He also played but didn't get on the score sheet against Turkey in another impressive win for the Scots. Spain finished second.

Group C

England (Weatherall, CW, Diver, Thaw, Payne, Paz, Stock, Walrus), Sweden (Jacob, Rasmus Nilsson), Croatia and Portugal make up this group. England won the group but made hard work of it, only just beating Sweden 1-0 thanks to Walrus, beating Portugal 2-1 thanks to Payne and Paz and beating Croatia 1-0 thanks to Rooney. Sweden didn't do so well, losing to England and then Croatia meant that they couldn't qualify and a 2-1 win over Portugal meant they finished bottom of the group and are out of the competition. Croatia finished second.

Group D

Belgium (Worst) and Russia (Ubor) were the caftards here. And after Defour was injured before the games Worst took the armband for Belgium. But in a group with France and Holland it was going to be tough. Russia edged out France 1-0 with France missing a penalty on 85 mins. Belgium drew 2-2 with Holland after the Dutch equalised in the 93 minute. The next round of games was a stalemate, both 0-0's meaning it was down to the last game. Belgium beat the Russian's 2-1 to secure first place so Russia's fate was out of their hands. France then beat Holland 2-1 meaning that both they and Russia had 4 points, 2 goals for and against but thanks to the 1-0 earlier it meant Russia were through!

Quarter Finals

Norway vs Spain (1-1 4-3 on pens)

A tight match with Spain taking the lead early on and Norway grabbing a late equaliser. A couple of injuries to the Spanish side in extra time meant they were missing Bojan and Mata for the shootout. Spain stepped up first and missed and with Hemming scoring the first pen for Norway they took the initiative and didn't look back.

Italy v Scotland (0-1)

Italy did themselves no favours when Marino was sent off early on. But have a guess who scored the winner? The Scots looking ominous.

Russia v England (0-2 aet)

No caftards on the scoreboard and the last game of the tournament for Ubor. Goals in the 107 and 110 minute from Walcott secured the win and a semi-final place.

Belgium v Croatia (4-3)

What a game, Worst scored the opener inside 6 minutes and it looked like Belgium were going to run away with it when they got their third before half time. But Croatia wouldn't give up, grabbing 3 in 10 minutes after the restart and leaving Belgium requiring on an own goal from Meter to put them through to the Semi's.

Semi Finals

Norway v Belgium (2-0)

Thanks to the results in the last round we were guaranteed a caftard would earn an international winners medal. And Norway booked their place in the final first beating the plucky Belgiums 2-0. It was rather one sided with the Noggies having three times as many efforts and 65% posession. Belgium only managed 2 shots on target, but it was a great games for them with Worst doing a great job as captain.

Scotland v England (0-1 aet)

Another nailbiting classic, would the hordes of caftards from England slay Law and co? Yes is the answer, but not as easily as they would like to think they would. They had to wait until the 95 minute and extra time to put them away thanks to a goal from Everton's Bleau (very English name). England in another final, can they win it this time?

The Final

England v Norway

England were here again, after finishing runners up in the last world cup and the last Euros could they win it here at last. weatherall, Diver, CW, Stock, Payne, Thaw and Walrus all started with Paz on the bench and Rooney captain. For Norway Hemming captained the side and niMic started. It didn't start too well for Norway two injuries early on meant quick changes needed and it obvioulsy messed with their heads as CW1984 smashed in from close range to give England the lead just before half-time after great work from Stock. The second half was just as tight, but Norway got back into the game with a curler from outside the area from Birkeland. England then brought on Paz and battered the Norwegian goal, 25 efforts to Norways 11, but they couldn't get the goal so extra time loomed. And wouldn't you just know it Hemming marches forward from right back and plays a ball to the feet of Olsen in the area who turns Diver and knocks it in! Norway looked like they were going to steal it but England kept pressing, Paz Thaw and CW all having efforts just go wide but somehow the Noggies held on to become European champions! Hemming lifted the trophy aloft with niMic and celebrated a fantastic, and some would say unmerited, win. Unsurprisingly the Norwegian keeper was man of the match.

Player of the Tournament
1. Stuart Campbell (Scotland)
2. Luka Modric (Croatia)
3. Christian Birkeland (Norway)

Golden Boot - Luka Modric, Dennis Law, Stuart Campbell (3 each)

Team of the Tournament

MC - Cesc Fabregas (Spain)
ML - Stuart Campbell (Scotland)
FC - Ole Olsen (Norway)
FC - Paul Mullock (Scotland)

Law, Walrus and CW were on the bench.

Top Scoring Caftards

1. Dennis Law - 3
2. Alwyn Payne - 2
2. Walrus - 2
3. CW1984 - 1
3. George Worst - 1

Impressed! Champions League winner 'n all!

FM Experiment Update 2020/2021

1. Cinadine Cidane (Fiorentina Transferred to Real Madrid)

It seems Cinadine became sick of sitting in 6th place with Fiorentina every year and before the 20/21 season began, Real Madrid bought him for a massive £61m. Cinadine had a mixed season after arriving. He won the La Liga with Madrid, however after reaching both finals of the Spanish and Super Cup, they lost both. He scored 18 goals in 51 appearances, with 11 assists. Still, a first ever league title will please him and he will look to push on from here.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

2. Cw1984 (Manchester United Transferred to Barcelona)

Manchester United were not doing very well in the league at all. cw1984 decided enough was enough and jumped ship to Barcelona in a £58m January move. It seems he was right to do so as well, as United finished in a terrible 10th place. Barcelona didn't actually win anything, but cw settled in fine, playing 21 games and scoring 3 times. Perhaps a full season with Barcelona will see them win La Liga next year.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

3. Diver (Arsenal)

Diver seems to have been molded into a defensive midfielder by Arsenal now. Again he played the majority of his games in CM alongside Fabregas. However for once, Arsenal didn't win the Premiership. Man City won it this year by 6 points. Personally for Diver though it was still a good season, he played 46 times, bagging four goals. He also won another FA Cup and carling Cup double with Arsenal, bringing his winning medal total to 23.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

4. Hassan Emirati (Juventus)

Ah Juventus, always the nearly men. Would it be the same this year? Actually...no it wasn't. Juventus seem to have finally got it together, Hassan was a big part of a Juve squad that won Serie A, The Italian Cup and The Champions League. Hassan played 51 times throughout the season, scoring 8 times, an improvement on his last tally but he could still improve that aspect of his game.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

5. Alex Hemming (AC Milan)

AC finished 3rd in Serie A this season but there was consolation as AC won the Europa League. Now they are back in the Champions League they should look to stay there now. Hemming himself though had another solid but unspectacular season. He played 40 games during the season, was in the 2021 World Team of The Year, and the Serie A Team of The Year too. It seems Hemming may have to move away from AC to realize his league trophy aspirations. However at the moment he seems content at the club.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

6. Jacob (Napoli)

No Champions League win this year for Jacob at Napoli, they got knocked out in the quarters. They did however improve their league position, finishing second. Jacob played in 45 games, scoring 14 times from attacking midfield. He won the Club World Championship and the European Super Cup. Jacob has been at napoli for eight years now and shows no signs of leaving, will he finish his career there? He is already amongst Napoli's favoured personel and could possibly become a club legend.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

7. Dennis Law (R. Madrid)

What else is there to say about Law? Tearing it up once again in Spain, he bagged 48 goals in 54 appearances which is insane. He once again swept the awards, getting in the La Liga Team Of The Season, winning top goalscorer, Champions League golden boot, Champions League dream team, and World Player Of The Year. He won the La Liga with Madrid too. His trophy cabinet must be bursting.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

8. Cristiano Lazytov (Man City Transferred to Juventus)

Lazytov didn't stay at City for long, oh no. He saw Juventus were having a fantastic season and in January 2021 promptly jumped ship for the 5th time in his career to The Old Lady to see if he could grab himself some medals for doing mostly nothing. For the rest of the season Lazytov was, well, lazy. He made 13 appearances in 5 months, getting 5 goals. He didn't actually get a medal for any of Juve's achievements though, so he hasn't won a trophy for 6 years now.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

9. Legold Legster (Real Madrid)

Any goals this season for Legster? No not really. A solitary goal in the cup was all he got. Only 37 games for Legster this season, as a broken ankle in March ruled him out for a rest of the season. He has just recovered from the injury but is severley lacking in match fitness. A nice rest for Legster methinks. He's also the Serbia vice-captain.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

10. Karan Mittal (Chelsea)

Still at Chelsea, Mittal had another fine season, playing 49 times, scoring 18 goals. Unfortunately the recently improved Chelsea didn't win anything, finishing 3rd in the league. He seems to be more settled at Chelsea now after wanting out before, he is now happy at the club. Maybe he thinks they're on their way back to the top.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

11. Rasmus Nilsson (Bayern Munich)

Bayern won the league back from Leverkusen this season and Nilsson was much improved from his poor last season. An average of 7.21 from 37 appearances, scoring 12 goals. Nothing much else to report on Nilsson's front. Oh he won the German Cup too. Is it too easy for Nilsson now? Maybe he needs a new challenge. He seems happy there though, him and PSmith have a bit of a bromance going on.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

12. niMic (Lyon Transferred to Real Madrid)

Madrid seems to be the place to be. NiMic left Lyon for sunny Spain in the summer of 2020. He won the La Liga there, playing 47 games and scoring 10 goals. He tore his calf muscle at the end of the season so it's a summer of rest for poor niMic.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

13. Alwyn Payne (Juventus)

A 7.37 average this year for Alwyn. He played. 51 times, scoring 17 for Juve. He won the treble, scoring in the penalty shootout of the Champions League Final and was offered a new contract, but he wants a new challenge. At the moment he's considering his options but will he stay after achieving all he can at Juve?

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

14. Paz (Juventus)

Paz was another member of the treble winning Juve side. He made 49 appearances but only got 6 goals. Paz doesn't get many though, 6 goals was his best return for 3 years. 23 assists though, he does his job as a RM well.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

15. Psmith (FC Bayern)

PSmith won the league with Bayern and continued his bromance with Nilsson. He had an average rating of 7.83, unreal. PSmith got 26 goals in 38 appearances. He is 5 goals away from 350 for his entire career, and wasnamed in the world team of the year.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

16. Chris Searl (Inter)

Inter finished a dissapointing 4th this year after winning Serie A the year before. Searl only had two injuries for the whole season, none too serious, a twisted knee and a facial injury. He played 46 times, scoring 12 goals from his positon from midfield. He is happy at the club.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

17. Shorty Phelan (Juventus)

Shorty had a brilliant season. Not only because of Juve winning the treble, but also personally. He scored an amazing 48 goals in 52 games for Juve, along with 22 assists. He scored in the Champions League Final to take the game to penalties, and scored his penalty in the shootout as Juve marched to victory. He finished top goalscorer in Serie A.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

18. Ubor Skolskov (Juventus)

Ubor had a good season too. Winning the treble obviously counted towards that, but Uber also scored the winning penalty in the final of the Italian Cup which went to a shootout. He made 49 appearances, netting 5 goals from DM. He has just signed a new contract keeping him at Juventus til 2026.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

19. Sam Stock (Inter)

Sam didn't really improve much this season, he scored 18 goals and got 15 assists. One less goal than last season but 3 more assists. He played 51 times for his club though, playing RW next to teammate Searl, and played well. Playing on the wing it seems a decent return of goals however. Sam won the Serie A Foreign Player of The Yea award, pipping Jacob to first place. He is currently tutoring a young striker named Lodi

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

20. Flawless Thaw (Barcelona)

Flawless continued to make Barcelona tick. Playing in 45 games for them, netting ten goals, he contributed greatly to their season. Barcelona came away empty handed however. Thaw won an individual award though, for best goal in the Champions League, a curling effort from 25 yards. Thaw has welcomed cw's arrival and thinks he is an important part of the team.

ImageBam - Fast, Free Image Hosting and Photo Sharing

21. Walrus (Arsenal)

Another good season for Walrus, two trophies, though no Premiership. He scored 33 goals in 47 appearances and by his standards he can do better. Walrus was named the 20/21 English Footballer Of The Year, and was the top goalscorer in the Premiership for the fourth year running. It seems he really has the beating of the league, and as a result he is currently considering his options which might suggest he is looking to move away from Arsenal after 9 years there.

22. Ed Weatherall (Arsenal)

59 games for Ed this season, keeping 35 clean sheets. He was named the 19/20 European Goalkeeper of The Year, and the 2021 World Team Of The Year. Unfortunately his goalkeeping heroics couldnt help Arsenal win the league again, as City took the crown. Weatherall seems comfortable at Arsenal though and seems to have finally found his home after a slow start to his career.

23. George Worst (Arsenal)

More assists for George this season, 21 in 53 appearances for The Gooners. He netted 19 goals and won the FA Cup and League Cup. He was placed 3rd in the English Footballer of the year.

8. Cristiano Lazytov (Chelsea/Man City)

How many league appearances has Lazytov made so far? I'd be surprised if it's anywhere near the 150 mark!

Alas, Arsenal has been a good home for me. I guess the old Walrus is disillusioned at not winning the league for once. Well, if i am to go somewhere, it had better be somewhere bloody good.

Good to see some loyalty in modern times. Great update Sol, cheers!

Is there any chance of getting a screenshot of Dennis Law's history? That is, playing history, so we can see his record. Also, if he has a "biography" yet, I'd love to see that. It seems to be another feature of FM10. Whoever has the update when we're starting to get old should remember to save frequently, in case anyone retires. That way we can end the game by showing everyone's biographies, if they're there. If the last game is anything to go by, though, most of us won't retire until our mid thirties. My guy retired arbitrarily at 36 or so, while he was still among the best players in the world. There'll be a lot of sad clubs in this game at one point, as we're all the same age

Yeh, I'd love to see how many goals he's scored now, got to be about 250, if not more

Law has 258 goals by June 2021

Next update will be done in about an hour, some more shocking news about United.

Looks like I've finally gotten Juve into shape and winning trophies then, go me

Does anyone know how to see a players goals for entire career and not just the ones in the league?

It's been on the wishlist of multiple fans but SI have said that it's only under consideration as there's a use-case for only league goals.

Other than the fact that I already have loads of GUI ideas on how to make it work for both sides... I do wish SI would get round to doing that.

Unless the player has only played in one club (in which case you can check the clubs "best XI" for all games and goals), you'd have to add up each season individually. In case you don't know it, you can click on a season on the players history and get up the full stats for that season, like they're displayed for current seasons. League, cup, intercontinental and international.
