This is absolutely superb. Frampton celebrating with the fans today in a bar in Manhattan.

Not sure how to embed the video from the BBC (@Damien do you know how mate?)

I quite like Frampton always seems to have a lot of time for his fans and seems a decent enough guy. Was humble in victory against Quigg and also Santa Cruz. Hope he gets a few big fights and more big money on the back of it to be honest.

Brook's too small!

British world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is to face a UK Anti-Doping (Ukad) charge over the presence of a banned substance.

Fury was provisionally suspended in June, though that has been lifted pending a hearing, Ukad has revealed.

The 27-year-old had said on Tuesday he would sue the organisation over allegations he used a performance-enhancing substance.

Fury's cousin and fellow boxer Hughie has also been charged.

So nanas special brownies weren't clean after all.

Brook can have all the weight advantages he wants but he still has to face this...

Another flawless performance from Arlen Lopez, such a fighter, would love to see him go pro. Shame he's Cuban.

Errol Spence Jr just butchered Leonard Bundu. Great KO preceded by some excellent body punching. Bundu is limited but took Keith Thurman the distance so this is quite a statement from Spence. Looking forward to seeing him against better opponents now.

Haye is posting a load of pictures of him sunning himself on social media when all he's really doing is running from Shannon the Cannon.

I think Spence and Brook are the standout boxers in the division tbh. Spence seems to have an incredibly high ceiling who can do it all and fight at all ranges.

Got 6million viewers that fight apparently. Spence should be pushed to the moon by his promoters cos he has potential to be the next superstar of boxing. Especially when it's really struggling for names at the moment.

Astonished by those numbers

It was a great TV slot apparently. Right after the Olympic basketball final. Its great that Spence capitalised on that level of exposure.

Is the Fury fight still going ahead? I seen Wlad is trying to take him to court for changing the arrangement of the re-match.

Also I hope Brook takes on a quality welterweight after he gets dealt with by GGG. Thurman or Khan would be good, and the winner to take on Spence once he has a few more fights. He's probably the most talented out the WW division for me, Thurman hasn't performed in his last few fights, Khan is just Khan, while Brook hasn't fought anyone of relevance since Porter but he's very good.

He was supposed to fight Vargas before agreeing to GGG so that could happen depending on the Pacquaio result. Brook v Garcia would also be a cracking fight.

After what seems like ages there's a big fight back in the UK this weekend with Brook vs. Golovkin. What does everyone reckon? Can't see Brook doing much but would make it interesting if he did. IF anyone fancies him you can get some massive odds on him winning (GGG is 9/1 to get knocked down for example.) Brook does look massive for a welterweight but this is a huge test for him.

I think it'll be similar to Khan vs. Canelo to be honest, Brook will look ok for a bit before getting knocked out. I struggle to see him going back down to Weltweight though he's just to big for that weight class and to cut that again will be a huge struggle.

It still just screams "I'm gonna outdo your silly loss" to me......I'd favour Brook more than Khan of doing anything, even if the opponent is bigger and stronger and it's an actual two weight jump, but still.

I'm just glad to see a middleweight title fight.....at middleweight. Khan-Canelo was a joke.

Biggest fight in the UK in a long time and I'm in Vegas for it

GGG has the reach on Brook so it's going to be a hard night for him for me.

I can see Kell starting quite well early on, particularly if he can establish the same sort of initial moves he put on Porter; fast jab followed by a step in (possibly another shorter shot) and smother, then be seen to hit last on break.

GGG can also be hit but that's part of his brilliance, 9/10 it's at a range that entices the opponent in and whether they clip him or not, it's rarely at full power. From there his foot work does the rest and with that longer reach, I don't see Brook having the speed over 12 to pull out of range for anywhere near long enough while carrying the larger weight.

I could even see Brook possibly stinging GGG once or twice but by the 4th it will turn heavily toward GGG's favour. From there, and to quote Jim Lampley's famous line on him...

"It was only a matter of time, it's always just a matter of time."

Weekend on at work for me - Feck!

I like Brook but i think he's got his hands full with GGG. Not only is he facing a formidable opponent but there is also the weight to take into account too. Know one knows how carrying the extra weight will affect him. You can whip yourself into shape and give it all the spiel about feeling stronger than ever but moving around in a fight situation carrying the extra bulk will be totally different.

I just don't see how he can avoid Golovkin for long enough to put himself in a position to win. I expect he'll have some success early on but once GGG has had a look and starts to cut the ring off it's all downhill from then on. He'll touch him with little shots to line up the power punches.

If Brook goes the distance i'll be amazed.
