Could definitely knock him out... thing with Fury is, he's very unorthodox. Hard to say... has never looked world class, but is the champion.
I still don't think Fury should have a belt. I just can't see him as a boxer for some reason. I watch his fights, and they are all so fecking scrappy it annoys the feck out of me.

nothing worse than proclaiming yourself as humble, hope fury knocks him out

He's the Peter Crouch of boxing... or the heavyweight version of George Groves. Shite... but good.

Should still be too early for that, really.

Joshua is supposed to be working his way up and tightening his game before going after the genuine threats in the division.
Too early? He is IBF world champion! If it is too early then he shouldn't be placing himself in a position to get challenged by other champions, or challengers for the belt. Once you are a world champ, you are at the highest level.

Course you are. He just got praised about 19 times and kept on replying about how the fans should support everyone in boxing and not just him.
I like him, but I think he goes too far with all that shit. imo he is being a tad fake.

Haye has only had 1 fight in the last 4 years. Joshua would destroy him, IMVHO.

True but that's the problem with this division. There's maybe three fighters at a good level, the rest are absolutely terrible. Look at the champion Joshua just beat... it's a shambles.

Agree it was a shambles that Martin was a champ. I always considered the IBF belt one of the most prestigious in boxing, how wrong was I?

 But yet you're in Fury's corner?

I'm guessing he's one of those people who think people are only outraged about what Fury says because everyone's gotten "too PC", ignoring the fact that Fury is just an arsehole.

Hehe, yeah.

"Me daughter won’t have an education because our way of life we don’t need one, especially women. They grow up, they get married and they look after the man."

Definitely we're the ones who are too PC.

I don't really watch boxing that much so can't remember anything Fury has said, just used his name as I thought they would fight next or something

He's a racist, homophobic scumbag who also believes his daughter shouldn't get an education and should grow up to look after a man. I hope anyone who goes against him knocks him the feck out let alone him knocking anybody out.

To be honest, I don't buy Joshua's character at all, seems carefully cultivated and very fake to me.

Still, would cheer him on if he smashes Fury inside out.
He's a reformed crook isn't he?

I'd honestly like to see him go 8-9 rounds. Get hurt badly, come back and win. This is eerily similar to Tyson -- wreck opponents in the early rounds... but after that, he fell to crap. Had no other plan. I want to see if Joshua can adapt. If he has the stamina and the chin, then he could be something special. Long way to go.

he's a prick, and i would love for klit to knock him out next time they meet.

IBF is the title nobody actually cares about. There's a big difference between that and the rest. His handlers will keep him away from the genuine threats for as long as they can because he's not the finished article yet and it would be mismanagement to throw him in before he's ready.
Haye has only had 1 fight in the last 4 years. Joshua would destroy him, IMVHO.
True, but then you're relying on Haye's ring rust over anything else. We actually know Haye, or the old Haye at least, and he's faster, wilier and far more powerful a hitter than anyone Joshua has fought. He can also stick and move into the deeper rounds where we don't even know what Joshua has in the tank.

It's not a smart fight to take right now, I don't think.

Why not though? Is that just in the Heavyweight division, cause I remember it was a big deal when Ricky Hatton beast kostya tszyu for the IBF belt. I always considered it a prestigious belt.

Dealt drugs if I remember right. Eddie Hearns done well to make him seem like a gospel boy.

Fury will outpoint him I think. Tyson is 6 ft 9. That's 4 inches height difference, and Fury has quick hands for a heavyweight. If AJ connects clean, he'd KO him, but Fury is slippery. I think Fury wants to fight Wilder after K-man though.

I think at the time, Kostya Tszyu was the lineal champ (as well as carrying the red strap)

But if you go down the divisions, the weakest champion is usually the IBF champion (unless they're unified and IBF is one of the belts they have)

Maybe he's over-compensating with the nice guy act his past crime shame.
Er, the guy on Sky saying 'we still don't know how good Charles Martin is cos Joshua was so good'.

Didn't realise he was that bad. Still would like to see someone else beat Joshua as I find him annoying

What is the belt to have, which belt do fighters want the most?

So Haye is confirming Briggs? Let's go champ.
