Not a big boxing fan and rarely watch matches but one thing I've learned to hate over the past few years is Mayweather even though I've only seen him fight once. I hope he gets battered in the ring, but how likely is it?

There's probably more chance of you becoming his best friend than that happening.

BoxNation is becoming as irritating as BT Sports in the way it is taking some plum sporting events away from Sky. Not saying a Sky monopoly is necessarily a good thing, but there are only so many channels I am going to pay to subscribe too.

Damn, I'm getting exhausted again. Same thing happened against Canelo :boring:

Anthony Joshua's early career in 1 image. 8 wins, all by stoppage. Round 3 TKO this time.

Aye, he looks fantastic, really, really excellent. His conditioning is top drawer, his boxing is solid and he seems to have his head screwed on as well. Only seems a matter of time with Joshua.

Quigg was impressive as well - that fight was pretty good, his body work is absolutely brutal. Quigg came out quick in the 1st hammering left hooks to the body, then in the second the chap from Belgium went a touch mental at the start of the round swingly wildly for the body before Quigg took control again and finished the fight with a brutal body shot.

Quigg v Frampton seems a certainty at this point, the money is there for that fight. No doubt.

cheers mate, will stay up for it now. that guy just got sparked out lol! im assuming they will have to wait till 4.15 no matter what?

Santa Cruz didn't take long to finish that! Santa Cruz vs Frampton will be a great fight if they can get it made. Not sure what this means for the main event. Hopefully it starts a bit sooner. These things always seem to be estimates rather than a fixed time like a football kick off.

Does anyone have a showtime stream by any chance? I've just been finding boxnation

Streaming....going steady at the moment, whether it stays that way is another story altogether.

The opening segment of this fight has been a true 'boxing' master class so far from Floyd. Excellent shot selections. Clean punches. Evasive movement. Negating Maidana's style within reason. Superb.

Round 3 at the time of writing.

For those not watching, Floyd got caught and legs stiffened as the bell went at the end of the 3rd. As such, Maidana was able to make the 4th round very similar in style to the last fight. Aggressive, pressure work with Floyd picking shots from the ropes and little footwork.
