The annoying thing is if the rumoured date is the same, I'll be coming back from Vegas the day before

Saw the Monroe stoppage, was slightly premature. Selby landed a hook that sent Monroe's head flying back and that's what John-Lewis saw that made him step in.

Selby has the skills, was praised by Mayweather but sometimes fails to impress. Should be doing better than he does given his ability.
 
Floyd ducking Danny Garcia? Jesus!

I don't get it, we say he is ducking x, y & z and that they will be his toughest opponent but when he faces them it's light work. Floyd has ZERO reason to duck Garcia. If Khan had half a boxing brain he would have beaten Garcia, beyond Angel the fight wouldn't even be entertaining.
 
Floyd ducking Danny Garcia is a laughable notion.

Out of the fights that Floyd is willing to make I would prefer to see him in with Khan. Garcia or Maidana would be painfully one sided. Khan at least has the jab and speed to trouble Floyd. Not that Khan will win. I think that Floyd will knock him out on the counter. Khan drops his hands far too often for a precise and speedy counter puncher like Floyd.

The only two fights that really interest me involving would be Pacquiao at 147 or Golovkin at 154. Unfortunately Floyd has no interest in making either of those fights for various reasons.
 
I hope Floyd fights Khan, only so that he finally end that cocky little cnut's career.
 
Froch-Groves rematch confirmed for May 31.

Khan. Mayweather is arrogant and annoying but has the record and skills to back it up. Khan talks too much for someone who isn't as great as he thinks.
 
Fury looked so out of shape it was silly, proper rolls there and he was vulnerable to a bum he knocked down 4 times!!! He was wobbled a couple of times, certainly holding on like mad for one of them so if it was the Froch v Groves ref it probably would have been stopped. :lol: Seriously though, imagine what Haye would have done to him.

That said, I like Fury, great interviews and character, really good for boxing and very Prince Nas like.
 
Fury is an illiterate twat who would get washed by any half decent heavyweight, sadly there are very few of them about even less with Haye gone. However I'd love to see him face Wilder as he'd get the pasting he deserves despite my reservation about Deontay.
 
In 2000 Nas was rated in Ring Magazines annual ratings as the number 6 pound for pound fighter in the world. Nas was a genuinely talented fighter who delivered the spectacular to go along with his arrogance.

Tyson Fury fights more like a drunk at a wedding than a boxer. He is entertaining but he is far from the level of fighter of a Naseem Hamed.

Yeah I'm aware Fury has done nothing compared to Nas in terms of belts or what he achieved in boxing, let alone talent. Just purely talking about the antics and talking up, its good for boxing IMO.
 
Brilliant fight between Woodhouse and Hamilton, really enjoyed that.
 
Mayweather confirmed to be fighting Maidana on May 3rd.
 
Joshua needs to face better opponents. A very talented boxer and level headed, but he needs to be tested more.

He's looking alright so far- not sure how his jaw is going to hold up though. Pretty close but livening up in the fourth.

Disappointing fight. Burns did well to last the 12 but it should be comfortable points win for Crawford...

Pretty close between the judges score cards there for a change and rightly so. He's got balls Ricky, I'll give him that but yeah not a great fight.
 
Awful from Burns, waste of time putting it own, got owned all fight. De Gale fight was alright but the C5 setup lacked atmosphere compared the one in Scotland. Herns fighters dropping like flies, lets hope the tradition carries on in May!
 
I don't think we need to see a rematch Ricky! He was easily beaten tonight and I don't think that he would beat Crawford if they fought another ten times.

Burns has looked on the wrong side of his peak for his past few fights. He can still get big fights because of his fan base but I would be surprised to see him win another world title.

Crawford looks good but with his non existent personality he will struggle to become a star in America.

Yeah the presenter was struggling. He seems like a genuinely nice, respectful guy, but somewhat monsyllabic and deathly dull in interviews.
