He's definitely winning on points, no question

Whether its the same for the judges we'll see. Wouldnt surprise me if there is a controversy here

I just hope he doesn't get robbed here, boxing can't take much more of that nonsense

Get the feck in!

Haha he looks like he can't believe it

I forgot about that fat bastard in Broner's entourage!

If the cold war ends maybe.

Pac's contract with Arum ends in 2015, Floyd won't work with Arum so maybe

I've said before when people said he was ducking Manny that Arum is the real problem. However Floyd has grown quite a bit since his prison term and the Arum thing dates back to near the beginning of his career when he was a top rank fighter. I think if its one of his last fights in boxing he would be smart enough to put that aside and look at it as retirement money. Just a theory but I believe he will fight and beat Manny.

I've never had any doubts that Floyd beats Manny even when both in their prime, I felt that Arum was trying to keep them apart because when Floyd presented the facts over negotiations. Manny simply went about calling him a coward etc,

People say asking for testing was Floyd ducking him, I think it was proper precaution and given Roach's claims that Ariza used to give Manny "mystery shakes" it is a decision for which he's been vindicated

IBF have ordered a rematch with Froch Vs Groves.

Great stuff, can't wait for this again.

If I'm honest I think Froch is running scared after the last fight (And I'm a Froch fan) and he will not like this one bit at all.

He had this to say earlier today,

"There has been plenty of speculation over the last few weeks regarding my future. As it stands we are looking closely at two options George Groves and Julio Cesar Chavez Jnr. Yesterday, we made a seven figure offer to George Groves for a second fight that would have seen him earn around double that of the first. Disappointingly, George rejected this offer so we are continuing our talks with Top Rank and HBO regarding Chavez Jnr. I understand the demand for the Groves fight in the UK, but also the demand in the US for the Chavez fight. Talks are on-going and no doubt some further news will break soon. I’m happy to fight anyone, as I have done throughout my entire career."

Offered him a 7 figure deal? I smell bullshit tbh.

Bob Arum and Todd duBoef, CEO and President of Top Rank, respectively, and Michael Koncz of MP Promotions are pleased to announce that an agreement was reached today for undefeated two-division world champion TIMOTHY “Desert Storm” BRADLEY to defend his World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight title against Fighter of the Decade Congressman MANNY “Pacman” PACQUIAO. Promoted by Top Rank®, in association with MP Promotions and Tecate, Pacquiao-Bradley 2 will take place, Saturday, April 12, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. It will be produced and distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View.

Pac-man won the first fight by a mile - I didnt even have bradley winning more than 1 round. It was the biggest fix ive ever seen and an embarrassment to the sport. Bradley did himself no favours by failing to acknowledge the corruption or be accepting that he lost the fight. I will look forward to seeing a motivated Pacquiao pummel 'desert storm'.

I see it as a much harder fight the second time around for Pac than the first. If Bradley last performance against JMM is anything to go by then Bradley looks to be back to his awkward, illusive best (as opposed to boxing like a macho knuckle-head). Meanwhile Pac looked dazzlingly fast against Rios but again failed to show killer instinct and by his own admission eased off in the later rounds(easing up was his problem against Bradley).

For me a different fight this time around.

Haha like Pacquiao did after the 3rd fight with JMM?

I have ZERO sympathy for Pacquiao

I dont know if you saw the Bradley fight but to compare the two suggests you didn't. They are completely different scenarios - Granted, Marquez vs Pacquiao 3 was close and could have gone either way, which could be said about all of the fights they shared (bar IV where PacMan was dominating and sensing blood - got over confident and then KO'd through sloppiness)

The Bradley fight was a whole different ball game - It was an embarrassment of a decision and anyone who watches boxings knows what actually happened - I took this extract from Wiki -

'ESPN scored the fight 119-109 for Pacquiao. HBO's unofficial judge, Harold Lederman, also had it 119-109 for Pacquiao. Most ringside media also scored the fight in favor of Pacquiao'

'Four days after the fight, Valcarcel said in a statement on June 13, 2012, that, though the WBO did not doubt the ability of the scoring judges, the WBO's Championship Committee would review the video of the fight with five independent, competent and recognized international judges and make a recommendation.[129] On June 21, 2012, the five WBO Championship Committee judges on the review panel announced that Pacquiao should have won his controversial defeat, with all scoring the fight unanimously in Pacquiao's favor — 117-111, 117-111, 118-110, 116-112 and 115-113. However, the WBO cannot overturn the result of the fight (only the NSAC would be able to do so), but recommended a rematch between the fighters.'

It was a unanimous Pacquiao win, the fact that Bradley has not once been real about the situation is a bit of an embarrassment as he is a fake champion.

The rematch will be telling as Bradley looked good against Marquez and Provodnikov but he is yet to truly beat PACMAN.

I think it is a different fight but I dont see a lot changing, they both have points to prove which could lead to a more open fight. With Pacs speed seemingly back I cant see Bradley getting the luck second time round, the previous fight was so one sided and with the added motivation and new lease for Pac, for me there is only one winner.

Points decision to PAC.

I'd go for Pac too, but not by as clear a margin as the first.

Saw this on the BBC and excellent news from the IBF because that's the one Froch sees as his belt, the one he loves to defend no matter who comes up yet they have told him what we all knew, should never have been stopped and was likely to lose it.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/boxing/25888443

Froch can't argue with that one!! And what I like is how the IBF talk about the ref, his positioning and how Groves was moving and hitting back.

And remarkably despite that essay I couldn't care less...
