Best fight of the night was between the Welsh lad and the Pole - suprised the ref did not stop that as there was a lot of blood around the Pole's eye.
 
That'll be a good experience for Brook. Hatton showed a lot of heart, as expected. Especially as his nose was bust from round 2.
 
That ref is a joke, should've stopped the fight but lets it go on and doesn't stop until the doctor tells him to. The fool didn't even notice the gum shield fly out. Idiot.
 
In the refs defence the guy was still protecting himself with his guard. How he didn't notice the gum shield though I will never know.

Comon now Maklin. I know he's a big underdog, but I'd love him to win this.
 
Looking forward to this, Macklin's fights are always excellent.
 
Aye he looks quality, mad hes 37. Macklin needs to get closer, walk him down n throw some combinations.
 
Gonna need an Olly gif of the wierd guy in the yellow t shirt there. He's two seats away from an eddie Izzard lookalike.
 
Haha yea spotted him, tasty blonde two on the right caught my eye. Better end to the 4th there, needs to get in and throw some punches.
 
Best fight of the night was the first in Sheff, the Welsh guy against the Polish guy, got pretty brutal. feck this is spicing up!
 
Martinez not hurting Macklin though, he needs to release some punches usually he throws way more than this
 
We know that Maklin is capable of throwing hundreds of punches. He needs to up the work rate.

Lol, I kept saying straight left when I meant right. But the left did some serious damage too.
 
Sky said Macklin was 4 points up on two of the scorecards and level on the other at the end of the 11th road. Unbelievable. I would personally have had Martinez up by about 4 but what would I know?

If he could have just finished the fight he would have won it. I don't think he could have lasted another 3 minutes.

Great effort though. Martinez was amazing in the last 3 rounds.
 
saw on the boxing app on my phone that Haye v Vitali is back on, hopefully no messing around with different camps saying it is and it isn't and they just get it on.
