It’s just isn’t working.

The results aren’t there, the style of football isn’t there any player unrest is pretty clear.

Players have stopped playing for him, that much is clear.

But out incompetent and weak board will not sack him. This is where the likes of real and Chelsea are ruthless
 
Apart from Burnley, every team we’ve played has looked much better organised and superior tactically.

He has to go. If it’s not getting better after this long, it’s not going to suddenly change now.

We have loads of problems right now. Many which go beyond Jose. I'm now swaying towards the view that the issues he can control, Mourinho is incapable of doing so.
 
I have defended him for a long time and I don’t really care about the League Cup but it’s the performances that matter.

Has the team playing terribly regardless of the money spent. He needs to go now.

He may know whats needed but the players are not listening to him. Its sad really, the club is aimless at present and even if he goes, it is not going to dramatically change the situation.

Can't wait to see the moody special one sling his hook, he has been atrocious, time for him to leave, get someone in who can at least play cohesive and attractive football.

So did Capello's or Wenger's, until they just couldn't hack it anymore. Managers, like players, aren't forever.
 
Looks like it's official for me. Iv sided with him all along. but this is no excuse. Mou out! While we can still get Zidane.

Nah im done, time to go. I had hope and thought he was the right guy and would take us back to the top. Ive held strong this season but this has done it for me.

He needs to go and go now whilst there is still time to save this season. Saying that, i would just be greatful for a top 4 now which is pathetic.
 
I said it before but i doubt we sack him before the end of the season. Hope I'm wrong because the season is heading in only 1 direction
 
Derby have humiliated us. Not the scoreline, that's just one of those things. Their hunger, their energy, their manager heading every ball with them. This is men against boys. And its to be expected. Everyone with half a brain saw this season playing out like this.

Should have sacked him in the summer when he was talking his shit on the pre-season tour.
 
Get him gone, man. This season is still salvageable if it's done as early as possible.
 
The Sevilla game was the final straw for me. The way we set up at home to a side like that? Plans should have been set in motion then. I dont know if he'd have survived that at any other top club.
 
This season can still be saved.

This is shaping up to be a disaster.

We've looked bad in almost every single game.
