God I want the fecker sacked. Just a hypothetical question for you guys. In the unlikely scenario of Manchester United being mathematically out of the top four race but still in the champions league, can we sack him without paying out his full compensation. Been wondering about this. Hoping that's the case to give us a chance to repeat what Chelsea did in 2012.

I actually the clause probably is if we are out of next years champions league. So out of top 4 and out of CL contention this year. Probably both need to be met.

What the feck does this even mean ? He is talking about this after 3 years ? He has his coaching staff around the players and was free to bring whoever he wants. Yet he complains about the coaching staff.

Ed has his own faults but teams performance is on you Jose. Our team is not the 6th best team in England .

True, We are 5th best, so we are not so far away from that spot.

How people continue defend this clown is beyond me.

Its not that surprising, even when first time JM was mentioned as option for next United manager after LvG, you had clowns saying how he is their favorite manager. They had a go at other poster/s replying with "Martial FC" line just because he wasnt in JM good books.

I respect more those who stick to their guns when it comes JM then those cultists with fake " Jose should go..." admission just because scale is tipped well on sack him side here.

I think it's amazing how he has publicly washed his hands off the squad. He's not even being subtle about it anymore.

I somewhat understand a Mourinho, he's gotta keep some reputation and stay appealing for future jobs...but I don't understand our own fans protecting his image and expecting Mourinho to get a clean slate after every mess he makes.

He spent so much money on getting players he wanted and when those players fail, they just expect the board to give him more and more money until he finally hits a jackpot. That's plain stupid and ridiculously unsustainable.

For anyone in doubt about what kind of a guy he is, he will throw anyone under the bus. This is how he always was and always will be. Imagine working for someone like him?
This was in his last season at Chelsea.
I feel that my work was betrayed. It's difficult for us to score goals when you have players who are not in their best level. When you have some players, especially in crucial positions, it's difficult.

"It's hard. All last season I did phenomenal work and I brought them to a level that is more than they really are."
Can't you see the similarities? The man is a narcissist.

Even Mike Phelan now saying we are lagging behind rivals and others have over taken us. We are going down the same path as Liverpool did years ago. If Mike Phelan is saying this then this must be the same feeling Sir Alex and others are having that have links at the club. Club is a sinking ship with Jose in charge at moment. Club needs a good boost with an attacking manager to come in and coach the players on how to play modern game. High press without the ball and bit of creation going forward.

A lot of fans are buying it though. Mourinho has successfully planted the seed amongst many that this squad lacks talent and don't care.

He is just saying the truth... 2nd place last year was so much achievement. Our spoiled fans just love to overrate our players... Same as Liverpool fans did for years.

Guy is piece of work thats for sure, on other side his followers are on another level. He is in ffa mode so here is what i dont understand, why not bail during a summer. The moment he didnt get what he wanted, he showed his true nature.

Way before it was 74% for him being sacked, people said back then how he is pissed for not getting CB because he is a winner and he wants to win, while EW is not. So if he wasnt backed with transfers and you are serial winner, why not just say i am here to win and you clowns dont care about that, goodbye. Instead he decided to stay plant his roots and seep poison all around him.

 Nice WUM, I can bet someone will take the bait.

Did you read the quote? It's three years old.

Chelsea went on a 16 PL game unbeaten run after he left. That was after getting 9 defeats in the opening 16 PL games.

 Why the feck did we hire this knob

He doesn't want to win. He wants to see the team playing decent football befitting a club of our stature. Very simple. The current management is not providing us with that therefore understandable if some of us want to lose games to ensure Mourinho is sacked for the good of the club . Sacrifice short term result for long term gain .

It's also very simple.. if you want your own team to lose then it's time to move on. What next relegation?

The man is full of shit. When a team does well, he's responsible, when the team is struggling, he has nothing to do with it and his success was despite working with a shit squad. That's how his mind works.
During Conte's first season, Mourinho then goes on to say how great the squad he left was. The man is a spoofer.

A club built in Mourinho's image would be the equivalent of Mordor in Middle Earth. Poisonous.

I would say the team is completely in his image, uninspired, unlikable and just a bit shit.

I'm just resigned to the fact that he isnt goin anywhere until top 4 is out reach so I'm just riding this out. Slow death.

So Mourinho thinks this team is far from his image? Which begs the question, if after 3 years in charge and spending loads of money on the so called furniture and he can't get the team to play in his image, what does that make him?

I'm sorry but if it were to be any another job the manager would be fired for ineffectiveness. He can't even own up to the fact that this is his team, from the reserves to the starting team. He chose not to sell the under performing players he met at the club and he bought the rest of these under performing players.

I don't think we have inferior players compared to Arsenal but look at how quickly they're playing in Unai Emery's image. Mourinho is in self preservation mode, he needs to be sacked.

It's amazing how he never misses an opportunity to put himself under the spotlight for any positives, and how he always manages to point the same spotlight in someone else's direction when it's about the negatives.

Has there been a depress conference yet?

That Chelsea quote is staggering. Can't believe I wanted him here, and the club were foolish to go anywhere near him. Whats even more staggering is if Real Madrid hire him after this. He's a busted flush.

I publicly admit to voting no because no one has yet provided a viable path to success other than change managers again and hope for the best.

For the situation to improve we'd need to hire a manager of Jose's stature who can attract world class players

The manager would have to be able to secure the services of the likes of DDG, Pogba, Martial, Sanchez... or fire them where necessary and replace them with equal or better players.
Do you know who was Real Madrid's coach when they signed Ronaldo? Mauricio Pellegrino.
Do you know who was Barcelona's coach when they signed Neymar? Gerardo Martino.

This cult of the manager is an overrated and overstated thing. Chelsea basically did not even have a manager when they signed Hazard. It's not that big a deal.

I cut the rest because, frankly, it was a lot of words to say "a new manager is not guaranteed to be better" which is 1) the bleeding obvious, 2) not a good reason to just sit on our arse and do nothing.

He is a very dangerous person at this club, if he gets his way on the players he likes and don’t like, it’s scary. But the worst part the board is so stupid they cannot see this clown burning the teams assets on the pitch, making it a dangerous mixture when the guy running the team is gaslighting it all.

We have a manager so foreign to coaching that he’s transformed the team into an rudderless team who are not coached, he seems hellbent on totally being anti football that he thinks possession, creative on the pitch he would rather eat glass than go there, his vision for football is like a Doctor who refuses to keep up to do exams but goes about with his senile ways

But you have delot, Shaw before the season started, Herrera, Perrera, Fred, pogba, mata, martial and rashford to name a few who have been the victims of his drill Sargent our dated tactics. Who has been his fave? Young, Valencia, Jones, matic, Fellaini, lukaku, they all have one thing in common, they are either old, slow, tall and are yes men who are anything but creative and good on the bell. They can play bad week in week out, but because they very much bulked proof to his senile tactics, it doesn’t matter. It seems 2018 Jose Is like if your talented, young, under 6 feet, and creative you won’t get in my team if you not 27/28
