He said the same and threw Martial under a bus a few months ago. Same with Rashford.

But the players are the problem or some shit.

What did people expect from a Pereira who has had no play time in weeks?

I remember it was last season away to Brighton

I think we have to keep him for a least 1 more year, so he can have 2 more transfer windows (in-which he's backed). If he gets the left sided center back that he wants, he might then trust them and lose the defensive midfielder covering them, maybe then we can have an extra forward to play off the striker. As painful as it is to watch at times, I think it'd be unfair to call it time on him. We have a great keeper and Midfielders and are just short of 1-2 players.
If he stays another year, we'll be looking at more than the 1-2 players you're suggesting. We need to bite the bullet now and bring in a coach who will look to play attacking football and bring some entertainment and identity back to our great club which was built on attacking football and flair players.

That last part is a myth quit believing everything you see online

Maybe you’re right, doesn’t seem that clear cut though.

https://www.google.se/amp/s/www.man...ester-united-news-fixtures-vidic-11897388.amp

Not really important though, the point is that no player is impervious to circumstances, not even Rio or Vidic or whoever else you want to try and toss into the mythology.

We’ve seen it plenty of times over the last few years, not only with ourselves but with Barcelona, Bayern and Real eho’ve all fallen to shadow at times during these last few years. No club and no player is impervious to change.

You seriously want to watch this shit for another year whilst we sink lower & lower?
I know how frustrating it is to watch, and it’s even more frustrating now it’s taking me 2 hours to get to OT. Can you be sure sacking him will make us challenge for the top 4.
I remember staying behind to sing “Fergie out” with thousands of other for 10 mins and we looked more of a mess back then than we do now. SAF just needed time to build his squad and I think it’s the same now, and I honestly believe that he’s very close to building a squad he can work with.

No, however we can be 100% sure we will be nowhere near TOP 4 if we don't sack him ASAP.

and I honestly believe that he’s very close to building a squad he can work with.
What makes you think so? I see absolutely no signs of that and we are going backwards.

You can only laugh at this point

And it's the players who are the spoilt princesses. This guy is that kid who ruined the game for everyone when he didn't get what he wanted. Never misses an opportunity for petty pointscoring

Genuine question though. What gives you the impression Mourinho can turn it around like Fergie did?

Mourinho should f-off from the club
Woodward should f-off
Glazers should f-off

And most of the players.

They day this man will retire form football will be an happy day, a day full of joy from everyone involved in this game. He's an embarrassment to the football community; respectable clubs with little bit proud and tradition didn't want their name to be associated with him, why did Woodward thought this man was the perfect fit for Manchester United? Why people like SAF and SBC allow this to happened? The day he was appointed was a sad day for me, he's killing my love for this club. My fear is that he somehow fluke his way in the CL and win which will lead to Ed giving him a 2 years extension , I can't bear another season with this guy in change.

Yep he would need to be allowed to start from scratch again as nothing he is doing is working and a lot of the players aren’t interested in playing for him.

If we did the unthinkable and didn’t sack him our entire season would rest on giving him what he wants in the summer transfer window. If he doesn’t get it he will throw in the towel and that’s another season written off.

Given the toxic atmosphere and lack of Champions League football it will be even tougher to deliver who he wants. His entire strategy is to be allowed to buy better players than everyone else, that’s all he has left now. In terms of his coaching, player motivation and ability to implement a modern style of play (or even any style) he is completely out of touch.

A large percentage of the 'staunch 300' are a combination of stubborn posters who refuse to see the light and oppos on the wind-up.

We could put this argument to bed if the mods allow us to view the names of the voters, but for some reason or another, they wish to keep it a secret. God knows why.
Someone else asked ages ago and I replied that we can't change public/anonymous option once poll is set up. There's no big conspiracy (especially given most if not all the staff want him out) - it is just a limitation of the forum software.

D'you know what's crap? We'll park the bus and lose a tight game on Sunday, probably 1-0 and that'll be enough to keep him in the job another week.

I don't know how to feel anymore, the club is f*cked pretty much. I have to laugh otherwise I'd cry. If I'm trying to be positive the U19 team look good so hopefully in another five or six years we'll be back on track.

We could get thrashed and he wouldn't be sacked on Sunday, not sure why anyone thinks any different. If some of the terrible performances at home to utter shite doesn't get him out of here, losing to right now the best team in the country clearly won't.

It was I, Leclerc!

Shame. No witch hunt today I guess

Can't agree with this. Jose may be a bit past it, but there's no denying he will go down as one of the greatest and most passionate managers in the game. You are talking as though he didn't win jack shit throughout his career.

Agreed..

Keeping him for another year would set us back further due to us needing to replace the players he's fallen out with. We would also still be exposed to the shitty football too which isn't good for most of us.

A new manager like a Poch or Jardim could lift the morale in the dressing room due to their fantastic man management skills and make better use of players already at the club like Bailly, Pogba etc who have reportedly had a falling out with Mourinho.

That's really rather dull.

I huge conspiracy would have been far more interesting.

This guy is the embodiment of a cancer to the club. He’s just a big tumor, growing on the side of Old Trafford, sucking the life out of the fans, the players and the club as a whole to nourish himself, while we all die a little more inside every day.

How on earth can a manager give repeated interviews where he talks about “this is why x y z player doesn’t play”. This isn’t the first time he’s done it and it won’t be the last. It’s disgraceful man management to cover for his own inadequacies, and yet people still question the commitment of the players. How can you go out there and be your best when this is what your manager says about you to the media? Players have feelings as well. At the top level of sports your confidence and how you go into a game mentally can affect your performance so much, yet all that Tumourinho does is tell everyone that the players aren’t good enough.

Well we did ask for Pogba, Fred and Andres to be played
yep we did. Pity mourinho doesn't know how to use those players.
He would much rather invest his energy into the boring limited players. Fellaini, Matic, McTominay, Lukaku and the likes.
The players that actually have scope for development he has no patience or clue what to do with them. Fred isn't allowed to play two games in a row for some reason. Andreas coming in from the blue after two months in the wilderness and people expecting 10/10 performance are deluded .

Although I agree... that doesn’t leave much.
We’ll need a whip round for a new team.
Honestly I'd rather see youth players than some of our "stars"...
Can't be much worse than Jones Fellaini Lukaku Valencia Darmian Matic Rojo etc....

I love how he keeps telling the world how shit the players are on a consistent basis yet we still have fans having a go at their attitude/commitment . The man is poisonous

So he can't say the truth that everybody already know that those players are not good enough?

So you don't want United to win CL because Mourinho is the coach.. Great what a brilliant fan....

This. So many shit/average (take your pick) players.
