Jesus Christ this is exactly what I mean. They turned it around, they won the game. Don’t belittle it. Feck right off.

Yes the players Jose can't stand turned it around in spite of him. Awesome reason to keep him

Enjoy your wins especially last minute victories. Save the rest for another day.
Enjoyed the 20 Minutes. Best of the season. However, all I'm saying let us not mask 20 Minutes of football with mostly mediocrity over this season.

I can understand anti jose posters might be a bit on edge defending their agenda.

But, why on earth some Jose supporters are super angry?! Some weird shit.

Interesting to see what happens after an emotional comeback like that.

In the second half that was Manchester United out there. We flat-lined and then came back from the dead.

The thing is we need to see much more of that. That's the power of United, the cut and thrust, the fans demand it. Can Jose get it and deliver a fight back for this season?

The biggest problem right now is Jose's defensive signings and three summers we have this makeshift defence still. That and Mkhitaryan and others doesn't fill you with much confidence to maybe even stick with him.

We're all delighted for the players/fans, but not for the sake it might save Jose for 1 more game.

Nothing will change, the fact is we shouldn't have been SO BAD that we went down 2-0 in the first place.

That was the most I’ve been entertained by us for ages, loved it, it was the Utd I remember towards the end. But doesn’t that all go without saying? We all feel that way, but we're still not going to ignore the bigger picture.

I agree.

Loved the game, thought we'd win even at 2-0 down, and was willing the team on even if it meant José staying. I still don't want him here, though. I just wish it didn't have to be us taking beatings everyweek to do something about it. Imagine what a proactive manager would get out of us? We've seen how big of an attacking threat we can be.

Today's match sums up why he has to go.

We only start playing when we've taken a bad knock, go a goal or even two down , tactics go out the window and end up playing one real centre back after 20 minutes. Always reactive instead of proactive. If we attacked from the beginning and actually tried to scare teams, especially at home , we wouldn't be in the situation we are.

Because we threw caution to the wind today and it worked in the last 25 minutes we all know it's going to back to the same slow, cowardly football in the next match. We need the shackles taken off.

He's got 2 weeks to have a long hard think and really plan how we are going to move up the league and beat Juventus.

He better have a plan come the 2 week break. I don't want to see Pogba or Scotty in the defence.

It's an improvement. My heart says it hasn't changed much because we've been terrible but part of being a Utd fans is never giving in and always hoping that the next result will be a win.

We need more than the shackles taken off. It worked today because Newcastle are horrendous. Play like we did in the second half against a better attacking team (of which there are many) and we'll get destroyed. Our players need to be drilled in an effective attacking system.

He still has to go. We shouldn't be in this position with the players we have. I wanted us to win today and was behind the team but it just papers over the cracks. Newcastle are one of the worst teams in the PL.

I still want Jose to go, just not right now when we don't have an adequate replacement as it'll clearly be a knee-jerk.
I want Mourinho to go asap, have Carrick/Mckenna take over as caretaker manager, while we take our time to look for a proper replacement and get a technical director in as well.

Anti Martial ones are deep and far under their rocks

Yup. I wanted Jose out before this seasons crap form. A big reason for that was things like giving up on (and actively trying to get rid of) young talent like Martial and instead trying to ship in a bunch of 30 year olds - its just an awful way to run a club.

We won today because of players like Martial and Pogba - players who can go on to revitalise their career under the next manager. And that's the point isn't it - not seeing if Jose can somehow limp through a third season without getting fired but finding a long term vision for success and actually trying to build something.

Look a win is a win and wins for Manchester United are a good thing. But if the best we can realistically hope for is a tough season long fight for 4th place? Well maybe there's more important things to consider long term than one off wins against mid table sides.

And that's my agenda, not letting an occasional win against Burnley or Newcastle lead to months more of treading water. Some will disagree and that's fine, maybe I am a spoilt fan who grew up in the fergie era but not having any hint of a long term plan, constant meltdowns in public and beating Burnley now and again just isn't enough for me.

Today was 100% proof we all should be fuming with the players. I'm not saying Jose shouldn't go if he can't get that out of them all the time but the way they hide behind him is disgraceful. Not doing the basics because you want a manager sacked is disgraceful.

Here is a genuine question from someone with an 'anti-Jose agenda' for those like @Rory 7 who continue to so passionately believe in what Jose is doing:

What exactly is the solution then? What does year 4 with Jose look like?

Get to the summer, sell every player Jose signed, sell the others like his new captian that he has isolated and fallen out with and just start over again?

Other than 'he needs time' 'its the players' or 'its Woodward' I honest to god (I'm genuinely not trolling) have no idea how those who still buy into in what Jose is selling think he fixes this mess.

I'd genuinely like to hear from the pro-Jose camp, I won't argue with the responses even if I disagree

I just want to ask why're you so interested in following the voting ? It really won't lead the board to keep or sack him you know.
That’s where you’re wrong.

Ed has a web dashboard set up to monitor these numbers. 80% and the red button gets pushed.

Some people live for internet strangers to agree with them on their opinions, gives their life validation. They're the same people who come on here when we drop points to complain that we should have fired Jose years ago and now everyone should agree with their opinion.

Yes agree, that's what I mean but today we played with only one CB from the 20th minute. We sit back and wait for the opposition to do something and when it goes wrong the original tactics go out the window and this is happening far too often.. When we play higher up the pitch with a proper defence and a fast attacking system we would be a lot better. Mourinho will never do that.
