Don't think Pogba had any problems with Fergie and vice versa. That was mainly his agent I believe.
Depends if you are interpreting problems as ‘personal’ or not, either way he has kicked up a fuss twice at this club now. I can guarantee you Fergie won’t have been pleased with him at the time.

Fecking off and thinking you’re good enough when the best manager of all time thinks it would be more beneficial to ease you in is undermining the manager no?

Honestly, even though history indicates otherwise, I share your concern that he'd try and undermine our next manager if he were to stay, too. It's just that, at the moment, it's hard to look past José's own history in terms of falling out with so many players in his previous jobs.

Seeing as José's staying for now, we just have to hope they both buck up and work towards the greater good.
Him undermining the next manager isn't the only risk. If nothing is done about Pogba, then the other players might feel that they can also do what Pogba is doing, and it would be ok.

Mourinho probably doesn't have long anyway, especially if he benches Pogba or Pogba decides to not give it his all on the pitch. So I'm more worried what we do with Pogba.

No, just no.

Surely it's open to debate, no ?

Hardly. Most people were horrified at moyes

Dunno about horrified, just think most thought it was a safe uninspiring choice.

???

I know hardly anyone who preferred Moyes over Mourinho in 2013 (opposition fans excepted).

SAF did, and that was good enough for most of us

In hindsight, Mourinho may already have been over the hill back then (post-Madrid). Moyes, on the other hand, never got up the hill in the first place.

Somehow this is the worst post I've seen in this thread for a good while. What utter utter nonsense.

I'll take that as a backhanded compliment considering some of the nonsense in here, cheers

Pogba 'disgusted' by Fergie selection

What Rafael told Paul Pogba after he started ahead of him in midfield v Blackburn

https://www.givemesport.com/1297189...-started-ahead-of-him-in-midfield-v-blackburn

I've seen people raise this Pogba issue severally and I don't fecking get it. Kid was not getting any game time, defenders and retirees where playing ahead of him, he left, so he could play and of Fergie of course didn't like it how is that an issue that people keep bringing up till now? I was pretty frustrated with his lack of playing time too and fully respected his decision then, yet people keep going on about him 'disrespecting' the club. Fergie goofed, simple as no matter how you want to paint it. Lets say Jose refuses to play Perreira throughout this season despite all of us seeing his good enough and he leaves you'll get angry with him too? Fecks sake

If we win tomorrow, it will start going back down. So how many of you want us to lose tomorrow?:)

It’s only the Mourinho in’s who switch sides. Not surprised though as half of them don’t even know why they want them him to stay.

similar as Jose didn't want Perreira going on loan, and was quite snarky about him doing so. Shock horror, young players want to play

Yeah, no doubt, but the fact that Fergie still wanted to keep him and just wanted him to drop his agent surely indicates they were still on good terms. Sir Alex being disappointed with him for one thing doesn't really mean they were at eachothers throats like what we're seeing here. Plus, if he had left on bad terms, I don't think he'd have come back regardless of the money we threw at him.

They just had a disagreement and respectfully went their own way. Nothing wrong with that, imo.

I do get where you're coming from. Post Fergie, I've defended the players a lot but it's clear there's something wrong with the mentality of some. I've been disappointed with Moyes, van Gaal and José, and can definitely understand the players frustrations with the three of them in recent years, but we need to nip this in the bud now because we are becoming a circus.

With that said, bar de Gea who's always come across as a professional, I couldn't see anyone else here feeling they could get away with what Pogba's been accused of doing because they're either not as valuable as him, or as good as him. So I'm not too worried about that.

The number rised and then came back down after we won three matches, so some who wanted him out did change their minds, and the same will probably happen again if we win a few matches, and the Mourinho vs Pogba thing settles down.

Think we all hope it'll be down under 50% again this time tomorrow because it'll mean we've hammered the erm Hammers
I don't think all of us do though, many have stated before that they want us to lose games so that Mourinho gets sacked. I get that some hate him that much but there really shouldn't be any circumstance under which you should be wishing your own team to lose, ever.

Yeah, SAF goofed big style by not selected a guy(Pogba)who was shunted out wide-right because he wasn't disciplined enough(read good enough) to play in a midfield two in the Reserve League at the time, what was he thinking not throwing him in from the start of a Premier League game and hoping for the best ?

It rose because they started off as Jose in's - who then got tired and wanted him gone. They then reverted back to being Jose in's due to better performances and to &fro from there. The people who wanted him gone - like me who could see the third season syndrome coming from miles away would see no need to change the poll. However Some have their high hopes of Jose crushed (Jose in's) - whilst some had low to moderate hopes from the start (Jose outs)- like Sir Bobby would not switch his mind :).

Didn’t even realise the poll is closed but thankfully it is. Too many weirdos changing their vote game-by-game.
