Mourinho won't be sacked until we reach absolute rock bottom.

This board has shown time and again they bottle the big decisions and only act when it's absolutely necessary or when they can save a bit of money.

We won't sack him until it's financially viable. It's as simple as that.

Mourinho can feck right off with a line up like this, pereira not even on the bench second game in a row, matic playing after a shambolic performance, Lukaku too, at least sanchez is not there. But McTominay starting, this man is just sick in his head, wtf is he thinking about, trying to prove his point, what's the point? are we playing against big sam Westham or what, even then we should try to play our best players and not the tallest fromt he squad. can't be arsed anymore about our games. if we win great, if we lose, great as it's closer to the eejits exit.

And of course I expect us to win this because of all criticism, we are right about to bounce back again and against one of the poorest teams in the league, it's a classic msut win situation when everyone moans about the line up and after bad results we play a blinder but still I highly doubt that..

Aye.

It's such poor long term planning though. We'll wait until we can't qualify for the Champions League then it's cheaper to sack him even though if we sack him early get a new manager in and improve we'll qualify for the Champions League and it will cost us less money in the long run.

We're appallingly ran.

what doest that mean, we will sack him anyway this season, don't think it matters if it is now or later when we have to pay him till the end of his contract, he will decompose our team totally meanwhile, so it's good to act quickly this time Ed, it will cost us too if we never make top4 or top10 that'd be a big hit having another moyesque season and I think it could be worse.

Carrick and mcKenna can easily take this team to top 4, we could do better without a manager, everything would be better than this clown who earns so much money. I'd even sue him for playing a fraud on us

I think the board has been very clear about the criteria that needs to be met for a manager to be sacked. As soon as Moyes failed to qualify for the CL,he was ruthlessly sacked, they didn’t even wait for the season to end. When LVG failed to finish 4th,he was sacked....So Mourinho will be sacked if we don’t qualify for next seasons CL...

And how do you know it would happen? It could be the same you know, or even worse...

That is the gamble you take. If we get rid now we might improve or we might not.

If we keep Jose I think it's pretty clear we're in for an awful season. It's already been a terrible start.

Is there actually player power though? Except for Messi and Ronaldo I haven’t seen anyone publicly distrespect their manager and get away with it!

KDB did it with Martinez, was actually pretty respectably received granted KDB appears as a rather intelligent player that tends to weigh his words.

Personally i think feedback from the players should be listened too but then hen it's done in the right way. Picking the correct representative to speak for the team can be valuable in that regard.

Martinez handled the criticism well and started to significantly communicate more with KDB in the run towards the WC.

I can’t believe he’s lined up like this against fecking West Ham.

Straight from kick off and we hoof it long like a League 1 side, looking for flick ons.

Then we just sit off, really deep and ask West Ham to attack us.

He's simply got to go.

Sack him at halftime

Sack him via text. Send him a fat dad falling on his face and finishing last during a sack race on sports day gif.

Sack him!!

I'm not even mad anymore, just resigned to the fact that it's only going to get worse from here. Just end the madness already.

I would like to say that I am surprised that we are 1-0 down already but I am not. I am not normally one to be asking for the managers sacking this early in the season but this is fast becoming ridiculous.

If he keeps falling out with players, it might work.

Surely it's coming sooner than later...

Had enough of setting up negatively to play on the counter against mid to lower table sides.

Sitting back and letting the opposition play football has never been the answer

His tactics are stuck in the past. Needs to feck off so we can at least try to salvage something this season.

Mourinho's arrogance has morphed into unpopularity which transliterates into failure.

You wouldn't expect City, Liverpool, Chelsea or even Arsenal to set up like this. Had enough of his negativity.

I’ve defended Mourinho for the majority of his time here and he was genuinely always the manager I wanted after Fergie.
But he’s lost it, he must be trying to get sacked playing with this shit against a team as crap as West Ham.

He needs to go.

We play hoof ball ffs. Yet their are still genius' on here who defend him and put our misfortune down to not splashing out another £100m on Willian and Alderweireld. Their stupidity knows no bounds.
