Anthony Pettis moving down to featherweight.
I don't undertsand what happened to him at LW. USADA? The guy has lost three on the bounce after looking incredible.Anthony Pettis moving down to featherweight.
He got figured out then lost his confidence along with his marbles. You can see that in the changes he's made with his camp and now his division. Well that or usada...I don't undertsand what happened to him at LW. USADA? The guy has lost three on the bounce after looking incredible.
Chad Mendes alledgedly popped. USADA changing the game.
It's crazy when you look back at the last 2 years of peoples records who were solid fighters. More losses than they've had in their entire career.Interesting. You can see huge differences in some of the fighters.
I'm in the Diaz Brothers camp on PEDs - as in, virtually everyone is on them.
Including them, and their buddy Giblert.
I doubt they are on anything more than bongs. They are cardio freak vegans. There's no sign of muscle mass on them and their bodies don't have that hardened look.
Maybe, but their physique isn't really a guarantee that they aren't on something, especially when 2 of their guys in such a small team have already been busted.
This is a great point. You'd expect most new fighters will be getting popped in future. The fact people are still being busted, despite the new more stringent testing, should tell you how necessary steroids are.
You don't just walk into the UFC. You have a career before that. A career where testing is minimal to nothing and therefore only an idiot wouldn't use PED's. You can't go from fighting at the dog park on PED's to fighting at the heighest level without them. If your family are dependant on you earning a £8,000 pay cheque for beating up a gypsie on the UK circuit, wouldn't you take steroids, knowing the gypsie is going to be on them? As your career develops you can't suddenly stop taking PEDs. So virtually everyone in the UFC would be on them.
That was out of line. Talking shite to someone who is still reeling from being knocked out. He had the perfect opportunity to keep it classy and he blew it."You're in the octagon, by the way"
They are all on it.Well anything is possible, but I know Nick roles with the Vegan posse who are active about calling others out about being on steroids, which would be flat out idiotic if he himself was on them. When I think of UFC Ped use, I think of the Brazilians, Sonnen etc. Fighters whose physiques have that hardened look because they are on anabolics.
Man's about to get a banUriah Hall vs Anderson Silva apparently made for UFC 200 according to Chael Sonnen.
Chael crying on his podcast would be gold.Man's about to get a ban
Rockhold refused to shake his hand and told him to feck off. That was out of line. Talking shite to someone who is still reeling from being knocked out. He had the perfect opportunity to keep it classy and he blew it.
Can't blame him though. He got the first 'out cold' knockout of his career so he wouldn't know how to behave. And I'm saying that as someone who is always supporting him.
He shook it once even after Bisping was being a massive cnut with his celebration. Bisping was out of order.Rockhold refused to shake his hand and told him to feck off.
Who the feck isn't disrespectful before a fight? They were both out of order - Rockhold before the fight and Bisping after. I'm looking forward to Bisping's next fight when he gets smacked back down into his natural spot of around 5th in the division.
Plenty of other fighters have had bigger wins and have been able to not make a complete dick out of themselves. And it doesn't help that he keeps banging on about how much hes grown as a person and how much of an average and humble guy he is.I always find it funny how people are surprised that people who fight for a living might be quite angry people and get caught up in the heat of the moment. I'm not arsed who's out of order I'm sure they've both been dicks at time and it seems they really don't like each other. I found Bisping funny as feck in the post fight stuff whilst others probably thought he was a dick.

And I think Bisping has found his mojo and seems willing to go at it with anyone. The Anderson win seems to have worked wonders for his confidence and he showed it against Rockhold. I think he beats Rockhold and Weidman a least. Jacre would be a problem and Romero is dangerous though.
