Isn't like Pat Barry 40 ? and is sucking the face off a girl a shy over 20 ?

Now consider that they've already been together for over 5 years

Tbf it does seem like they have a good relationship and Rose had a tough past so fair play to them if they're happy.

Robbery. Shows the power of the takedown, even if nothing comes off of it.

I like rose so I don't care

Hmm I thought Tecia had it as well tbh, but I'm not mad to see Rose get the nod. She's a more exciting fighter and it was extremely close.

Takedown just being valued too much still. Shouldn't be worth shit if you can't do anything with it. Torres was actually doing more from the bottom than Rose was on top.

Dodson called mighty mouse a pussy... Funny that the "pussy" beat his ass twice and sent him running to another division... He must have got his trash talk counsel from Aldo

I think Glover is really good. Losing to Jones is nothing to be ashamed of and he had a bad performance against Davis, but apart from that the guy is a killer.

Think it's going way too far to call that Namajunas decision a disgrace or robbery, ridiculously close fight that could have easily gone either way. It's not like Torres was comfortably winning every round or even any of the rounds.

Pretty big win for Rose. Torres has never been finished and is one of those fighters that knows how to score points and grind out decisions. She's ridiculously tough to beat let alone finish. Ugly win for Namajunas but still a big one.

Sad to see Rashad lose again, verging on done unless he decides to step down to Middleweight for a fight or two.

Yep, with a victory like that, he needs to move up and face one of the top 4 with the winner getting a title shot.

Wow great win for Chiesa. I didn't see Dariush being submitted like that.

watched the whole event (pretty good overall, except for the classic shitty dubious decisions) yesterday and yeah, this was the fight i was expecting the most and it didn't disappoint. Super close fight until the end.

I was expecting Dariush to win it but i'm not surprised with Chiesa's victory. Showed maturity and that he is ready to fight a top 5 next.

Hopefully we get Ferguson vs Khabib to decide the next champion challenger. That fight needs to happen.

Chiesa should fight one of Cowboy (unless he is leaving to WW for good), Pettis or Alvarez next and get a title shot soon enough. Looking good.

Apparently Chiesa got a stomach ache during the fight and was very close to pooping his pants. Must have had a great shit after the fight.

Daley vs Kos Rematch at the 02
should be a great night and Im looking forward to going down there... mind you I image plenty of people wont even register it because its not UFC

In fairness it's hardly shocking there wouldn't be much interest. Koscheck has lost his last 5 fights and looks done for. It's a "grudge match" from 6 years ago.

Its a shame they wont let Daley back in the UFC - look back at his fight against Lawler - he is pure entertainment and one of the best in the world right now - he just does not get the casual fans recognition due to him having been an idiot with the sucker punch

Daley used to be one of my favourite fighters. He is an exciting fighter and can go toe-to-toe with the best of the UFC roster. I feel he could have been the biggest fighter out of Britain had he not had that moment of red mist.

I think they're right to and fair play to them for sticking to their guns with it. What he did was pretty disgraceful and pathetic. He is an entertaining fighter but there was no excuse for it. What makes it funnier is that Dana White has come out and said he can't stand Josh Koscheck so the fact it happened to him probably pisses White off even more.

Fair enough stance but IMO there is also no excuse for fighters who filed drugs tests ever being allowed back in the ring again... or fighters who choke / snap after somebody has tapped.
EDIT - I am probably Biased as I've known Paul for years

I wouldnt mind that stance but then you have drug cheats and press room brawlers who are allowed back in... I think it's bullshit. You can bet your bottom dollar if McGregor or Rousey did a sucker punch, they'd be allowed back in...

I have a slight interest in it

But Kos is basically finished and lost 5 straight. The fued is years old and barely matters now.

Besides Bellator is a joke of an organisation, who have Kimbo who just failed a drug test in one of the worst fights in the history of the sport where his opponent almost died, in main event again!!!

So I would re check your uppity attitude. I wouldnt blame any fan to totally disregard Bellator.

There's always going to be hypocrisy especially regarding drugs in sports like MMA because of how rampant they are in the sport. It's not that often you get fighters assaulting each other after fights. Not excusing it as you're both right but I can see why the UFC was so strict on what happened.

You're probably right re McGregor and Rousey but they've never done it and probably never will so we won't find out really.

But wasn't McGregor punching Nate's hand something to look into? He didn't even get a warning from what I remember...

Cant wait for UFC 197. Even without Caniel Dormier, it still looks great.

Jon Jones vs. OSP
Demitrious Johnson vs. Henry Cejudo
Anthony Pettis
vs. Edson Barboza
Rafael Natal vs. Robert Whittaker
Yair Rodriguez vs. Andre Fili

Loved the Diaz fight. He should get passed Koscheck this time around. The latter is 38 and certainly not the fighter he was in 2010.

True. Although personally I don't think it's as bad what McGregor did...I'd say sucker punching someone after a fight is pretty poor form. We could be here all day debating which is worse though really!

DC and Jones having a brawl was by far the worst but great marketing material at the same time

Demitrious Johnson vs. Henry Cejudo

Brave call, what's your thinking behind giving Cejudo the nod? His wrestling?

I think it will go to a close decision but still fancy Johnson to sneak the win based on his striking and 5 round experience.
