Nog/Struve and Bigfoot/Palelei as well on the main card. About as close as you're going to get to two guaranteed finishes in those two. Gadelha/Aguilar as well, either could be looking at a title shot with a victory.

Aguilar/Gadelha is an intriguing number one contender fight for anyone who doesn't mind watching the ladies. Outside of that it's pretty much just fun fights (either freakshow fights or old legends with no serious implications). I include the main event in that!
Neither has Barao and that actually still stands even after the beating at the weekend.

The reason there are two extra fights on the main card is because it is the finals of an ultimate fighter

Can't say I've heard of half the fighters. Obviously Shogun and Bigfoot, but the rest seem like a who's who of generic Brazilian fighters. I'm sure the fights will wind up being good, they almost always do. Luckily I'm on the west coast and the important fight takes place at 9pm for me.

Bethe has done a great job promoting the fight. Its Ronda's easiest in the UFC and way too soon for Bethe, yet its getting a lot of attention.

the fight to last over 1.5 round paying @3.50... ill put some money for sure. Ill trust Rhonda wasnt lying when she said she wanted to make her suffer.

It's gotten to the stage with Rousey that you want to see her do something ridiculous or outrageously fast, might as well witness something insane because it won't be a contest.

I like the main card, there's some interesting fights tonight.
Want to see Ronda destroy Correia even more than I did with Tate. Always quite nervous when it's one of my favorite fighters, you just never know when it comes to the fight business, anything is possible. 99 times out of 100 Ronda wins this fight.

Not sure why but Correia's nose seems to be getting bigger each time i look at her.

Each time I watch the video in the above tweet i posted, it seems like her head is twice the size of Rousey's. She's truly an odd looking woman.
Won't it be stopped? The ref isn't going to stand around and watch a fighter be battered for 5 rounds in one-sided fight.

As long as she can keep defending herself and put up some sort of a fight I can't see why it would be stopped. If Rousey wanted to make her suffer for all 5 rounds I'm sure she could. She won't though.
There certainly is a line, but consider the last fight that Joanna J had, I stopped watching it, it wasn't even a fight just one girl beating the living £uck out of another. I think it was Florian on commentary, whoever it was complemented the ref for not stopping the fight because the challenger was never close to being KOd, or TKOd, was defending herself and all that, and Joanna doesn't exactly have knock out power, anyway she has a style to pick you apart not knock you out.
Let's say she knocks Bethe down, she doesn't have to follow her to the mat, the ref will tell Bethe to stand and if she can't she's done but as long as she can Ronda doesn't have to finish her. We've seen everything from ultra early stoppages to ultra late stoppages in the UFC, so who knows what the ref might do. Of course a closed eye or cut that bleeds into an eye and obstructs vision can stop a fight. And a corner can between rounds, but this is very very rare. They send their fighters back out there is situations that have disgusted me.
Anderson Silva has toyed with fighters and not taken chances to finish them or hurt them more, let them get up or in the case of Maia, practically refused to fight. Maybe she's going to bring in that sort of showmanship, personally I love Anderson and his antics, I wish Weidman hadn't stolen his soul.

Her whole face looks so huge. Like she was on PEDs at one point in her life. Her jaw is ridiculous. Women aren't supposed to look like that naturally.
I can't really sleep at the moment so I guess I'm staying up for this! To be honest it's actually a pretty good card the more I look at it. I'm interested to see Magny vs Maia. Good test of where Magny really stands in the division, which he deserves with his 7 fight winstreak.

Dana White is like the king prick but seeing the response from some of the wrestlers is cringe worthy. Just because accidents happen doesn't mean he's wrong. It is fake.
Fake is a word that has very negative connotations, and as such is seen as taboo to wrestlers (bizarrely some fans feel the need to be offended by it too), just ask John Stossel what happens when you call it fake to a wrestlers face. Dana acting superior is just another case of him being a terrible businessman who has no idea on how PR works.
Difference between scripted and fake, they arent exactly the same word / dont have the same meaning. But its been done to death so ill leave it at that...
