GSP is just promoting the fight, I doubt he really gives a feck either way about Diaz, he knows he can wrestlefeck him to a decision. Diaz doesn't even have the one hit KO ability to make it that interesting, imo. Still looking forward to it on the tiny hope that Diaz can pull it out of the bag.

Did you watch the Wanderlei vs Stann fight, Vato? Didn't notice you posting about it.

Yeah, it was fecking awesome. That one and the Dennis Bermudez vs Grice fight the week before, were two of the most entertaining fights I've seen in quite a while.

Diaz is right about that, the majority of people love the fights where both fighters aren't afraid to stand and bang. Wrestling and grappling might be a big part of MMA, but it can get boring as feck.
 
Dunno man, these hugfests make me feel like I'm watching a soft porn film for gayers, that's not how I roll.

I just wanna see 2 guys beating eachother into a pulp, not sniffing eachother's balls in the north-south position.
 
:lol: Joe Rogan always says it and it's stuck in my head now. Nah, I get were you're coming from, the Wanderlei and Stann fight was like a street brawl and it was such a fun fight. If every fight was like that though I think it'd make it less special.
 
Really getting hyped for this! Only started watching seriously lately (I've seen a lot of the ultimate fighter stuff), thanks to a couple of mates that are obsessed.
 
Nah. I love the Diaz brothers. How can you not like fighters that (all bullshit aside) go out and fight every time?

Diaz v Daley has to be one of my favourite rounds of fighting ever. Nobody else would've stood with Daley like that.
 
Diaz is an idiot and moans way too much. He's complaining that GSP has a lot of money and can assemble a great team while he has to skip media duties so he can catch up on sleep. He doesn't seem to realize that all the other contenders like Condit (who beat his ass) are in the same boat as him; in fact, Diaz makes more out of his fights than other top contenders (he made 200k in his fight with Condit). He certainly does a great job in making conferences interesting though, despite making himself look even more of an idiot.
 
Never been so excited for a fight, where I'm absolutely convinced it won't even be competitive. I'd love to see Diaz pull it off but I think back to the Sanchez and Sherk fights and just think it's gonna be identical to them.
 
I can't see anything else but an easy GSP decision. I hope GSP does what he says he will do and give Diaz the biggest beating the UFC has ever seen. I hope it's not a GSP borefest. He is so much better than that.

Same here man. I also agree that the fight will probably go the same way as his brother vs Ben Henderson a few weeks ago. Hope GSP doesn't make this a boring fight, if he dares to stand with him, Diaz has a chance of getting the belt.

FAO Philip; try not to post anything about the fight in any threads other than this one as I'm at work and I'll only be able to aquire the fights tomorrow. If you spoil this for me fight I'm going to have to kill you I'm afraid. :D

GSP is a much better striker than some people seem to give him credit for. For some reason some people have this idea that all he does is lay on top of people. Truth be told he's an excellent striker.

I don't think you can really write Diaz off completely here, but it's tough to bet against GSP here and realistically I can see him dominating this fight.

Hendricks/Condit is a really interesting one. Completely torn on that one.
 
Already started I think mate, not started watching yet though so not certain.
 
Yeah he was no question, if it was a 5 round fight I'd fancy Condit to take control
