Great fight card. One of the best ever. Non stop bangers since the Lawler fight. This should be a Volk domination

Volkanovski is like the manda nunes of his division. Cant see anyone stripping him off his belt.

Islam rematch next? Only serious challenge for him

Volkano, what a fecking legend. Aussies represent.

Also, having Jamal Murray in his group was amazing to see. It's the crossover I never knew I needed.

fecking Volk man. So insane that a former front row from The Gong could be one of the best fighters of all time.

Felt the headbutt was not insignificant which is annoying, but Volk's ability to change gears effortlessly is super impressive.

Congrats to the Alex's

Mental card. For me the main fight was always a mismatch and I cannot understand how anyone who watches UFC thought otherwise. Volk arguably beat Mak at LW. Knowing whats hes done to someone as intelligent as Holloway aswell shows he's got the knowledge. Yair's only chance of winning was catching Volk with a freak kick. Fair play to Yair he actually lasted longer than I thought but I knew he was going to get battered.

However I predicted Whittaker and Moreno to win, which didn't end well. Very surprised seeing Whittaker lose like that. He's my favourite fighter and I've always assumed he is the best middleweight in the world apart from Izzy but I think he is starting to decline.

You can tell Ailin Perez trains with Colby Covington. Gave zero breathing room to AES and put on a beating.

Nice twerking too. Might be coming for that vacant belt after Bethe retired @Raoul

Just as Zalgas Zhumagulov gets released, another Kazakh, Azat "Qazaq" Maksum, with a 16-0 record, makes his UFC debut.

Doing good in his UFC debut vs Tyson Nam so far.

edit. 17-0 now. Same as Shavkat.

Jack Della Maddalena up next. Hopefully cutting weight twice in one week doesn't affect him too badly.

edit. Nice scrap in the end. Hafez a dog.

Christ that was nerve-racking. I thought Jack did enough to win Rounds 2 and 3 but he made it difficult with that dodgy guillotine attempt in Round 2 when he looked close to finishing the guy, and in general his grappling and fight IQ didn't look good tonight. Difficult circumstances though, and Hafez looks to be both a physical powerhouse and tough as feck. It could be a win that ages well if Hafez sticks around and climbs the rankings.

Circumstances definitely played a big role in what we saw tonight. Looked like JDM was fighting high.

Credit to Hafez though. Came to fight.

Michael ''Venom'' Page has announced he is currently a free agent.

Where would you like to see him end up ?

Personally, I think he would be a good fit for the PFL - It would be great to see him in their season format.

I'm not quite sure what kind of impact he could make in the UFC welterweight division as it's really a deep pool of young talent there, but that would also be interesting.
