Actually Nostradamus
He got destroyed there.
Not the fighter he was nor the trash talker/entertainer he was either.
The reporter came across as twat as well, it has to be said. The pink suit made sure of that before he said anything.
Poirier going full Tommy Vercetti with his outfit, that shirt is so dope if you grew up playing Vice City.
I blame the Schmo for the recent reporters with gimmicks trend.
Trying to stand out from the crowd.
Only Fatboy John Morgan doesn't need to do that
Think it's more he knows Dustin's family means a lot to him - he obviously won't go after the kids so the wife is the easiest target.
I don't really agree with it either, there's 1 thing taking the piss out of your opponent but going after family is not cool.
I think he's hoping Dustin is so wound up he comes out swinging and he'll catch him.
Agreed. Being fat, jovial, and always asking the first question is a gimmick in an of itself.

Highlights for those interested. Dana's reaction to McGregor sleep
That's the big thing for me, he just doesn't have the same edge anymore and he's trying to force himself to be the old Conor. It's funny because I've seen more than one pundit say that if we see the old Conor in the media this week then they're backing him to win but after seeing that press conference I see him more likely to lose because he came across as a bit desperate and fake rather than cocky and confident.one last shot for him, it's difficult to watch him now as a millionaire trying to be the same as he was when he was a young hungry fighter. I think even his supporters are tired of it as well, it just seems so contrived now. He is what he is. Bit like Mike Tyson, he got money and it went to his head. Tyson seems to have pulled his rep back in recent years, maybe when Conor retires he can do the same.Even if he wins this, he should quit, he doesn't need it anymore, although I don't see it. Go fight a youtuber, make a bucket load of cash, if he stays in this game too long he could get badly hurt
If he does get by Burns I can see an eliminator between himself and Edwards while Colby and Usman get their rematch.Doesn't help that he's had 2 shots at the title already.
Looks better than ever though IMO and for me is in the top 3, Usman and Edwards being the other two.

Man what a GREAT preliminary card...
170 lbs.: Carlos Condit vs. Max Griffin
170 lbs.: Michel Pereira vs. Niko Price
145 lbs.: Ryan Hall vs. Ilia Topuria
Like True Geordie said in the BT sport preview, shades of Prince Naseem. The swag, the predictions , the amazing skill but once it goes its hard to watch and never quite the same.
I agree to an extent, I'm just not sure what they want to do with Leon right now as it seems that last minute in the Nate fight has altered the narrative a bit and they don't want to give him the title shot off that performance so he needs one more, Masvidal would probably be the most engaging fight to make but I'm not sure how likely that is. Anyway it's all moot if Wonderboy doesn't do the business on Sunday morning but who doesn't like playing amateur matchmaker? That's not the most exciting matchup on paper. They'd largely cancel each other out. Two expert point fighters.....if it was 5 rounds that would be more enticing.

3 way fight? fecking all WWE these daysConor's obviously hoping to get an over-emotional, animated Justin in there who's trying to take his head off and leaving himself wide open to counters.
Doubt it will work.

Run the potential PPV buys by Dana, and he'll consider it!
Dustin should boot Conor even more than the first and make it so he quits on his feet, if he wants to make a real humiliation of him. I think a lot of this build-up is a ploy to get Dustin head-hunting so he's not then kicking Conor's soul out of his body via his legs
I think Covington & edwards are ahead of him in the queue.Hope Wonderboy can get it done against Burns, I like both of them but we've seen Burns get his shot and while I don't know if Thompson would get a title shot off this he would be an interesting puzzle for Usman to solve at least.
I think he’s trying to rattle Dustin, and just doesn’t care about the hypocrisy of it all. You’d have to think Dee Devlin knows what he’s up to anyway, everyone and their dog does, so it’s hardly uncovering anything-he’s just trying to drag Dustin down into it with himMcGregor has zero self awareness questioning someone else’s marriage given the shit he gets up to.
Conor’s trash talk had seriously deteriorated. He’s been talking this week at a different pitch than he used to, though similar to when he fought Khabib…he sounds like he’s forcing it or trying too hard to rattle someone, he spoke with much more confidence before
