Indeed, we're in round 4 and already down to 21 managers. With 10 or so rounds to go and averaging 5-6 sheep per round - pretty much getting to 16 teams is what we're looking at, rather than thinking of ways to trim them down.

Deadline has been used almost all picks so far. At least we're getting through a criteria per day.
Yeah it puts a bit of structure to it as well. You know what times you have to check in at and if you are busy you know when you have got until.

Why is that a problem? As long as the deadline isn't in a ungodly hour, it should be OK. Even that matters only if you want to cheat.

The team I had in mind before the draft is coming together quite well, except for the sheep ofc. Bruno Cheyrou, ffs!
The 3 players I've already got fit my idea perfectly however getting a player to fit in in this round has been a nightmare after Ronaldinho got blew up.
I thought the new Zidane would fit nicely with Lio.
No worries, questions will now start being far more open/not biased towards certain roles. Some still will be though, mind, in a sheep draft you should always try avoid having something fully stocked, e.g. we could ask you to pick from a list of all-time club goalscorers across Europe next. They are unlikely to be defenders.
It's not a big problem at all, am liking these deadlines.
Yeah that's why I've only really filled my full backs so far as I can't think of a criteria that would force picking fullbacks.

I sincerely hope not. The father we progress the less flexible the team becomes. If you plan to have such a round, i'd suggest get it out early when slots are open. Having such a criteria in R7 or R8 will be very counterproductive, esp with many teams already having sheeps to warm the bench.

That said, it's exactly what I said, we are aware the Qs so far are leading to stocking on certain kind of players. That's why we got them out of the way early.
My point was we won't ask questions with an eye on what people have so far. If you are left with four rounds to go only needing defenders and we ask for two players who scored in a final for different sides that's your problem.
R1 - any player from a country (ANY)
R2 - Short & TALL players
R3 - 18 or more WC (not role constrained)
R4 - Yeah, that is typically more attack focused
