@AldoPaine18 Could we have an updated list of picked/banned players on page one? Not naggin' you, man - I'm sure you're getting around to it soon enough. Just making sure.

I picked a certain French WC winner once and never heard the end of it despite him having excellent tournos and being quite clearly a better keeper than whatshisname.

I'd be careful with the difference between flashes of form and "peaks". Heskey himself could be unstoppable for a run of games as well, was he ever World Class on a consistent basis? Nope, clearly.

I've been staggered at how he survived every round but certainly thought he would be blocked here. Seems loads actively avoided him/certain Madrid games which looked awesome for this round.

I'm really annoyed about prioritising keepers now, this was not just keeper friendly but probably the best question to try nab a keeper.

Of course Popescu could play as a DM and CM with equal ease so there is no must that theyd play together in a defense by any means.

The idea is very much as you depict it, I can adapt to how a game is presenting itself by asking Popescu to push forward or stay back. As you say, they were indeed somewhat different. Popescu was very good on the ball, but reaching Koeman's level was a big ask. Despite Popescu being the one that pushed forward more I rate Koeman's attacking instincts/brain higher, if from deep. Conversely, Koeman couldn't match Popescu reading of the game and anticipation of danger in defensive phases.

We'll see the teams who don't have a keeper after this round, they will be the ones getting a sheep keeper and taking out a non sheep player.

Rest don't have to do anything before the Banned List round starts (which is next).
