Best before long gone, awful effort from him, he gave the game away.
? Nothing to do with hand in the back, their thighs touched.Lads it technically was a penalty. Is a push in the back a foul? Yes it is. It was a weak push and Lacazette didn't need to go down but he impeded him and his hand shouldn't have been on his back. The ref could have let it go, sure. It finished the game off but from his vantage point he had to give it.
That's because your teams fouling though. Frankly there wasn't enough fouls given because plenty of legit fouls weren't been given today.
Pogba should have had at least a yellow for his closeline move before he got his first yellow. Rashford was late on Xhaka's knee in the first half and didn't get a card. It was a 50-50 but technically that's at least a yellow.
But you know what on the plus side the game flowed and it was a great game today.
I definitely saw it the other way. Moss made some bad calls though. We had 4 offside decisions go against us that shouldn't have been for instance
Fat cnut, terrible decision.
There was this weird moment in the first half where Shaw got fouled when he turned inside and made a pass. Moss waved his arms to say no foul, then it took 2 seconds and he gave the freekick. Like he was prepared to not give us anything this game, and in this situation he slowly realised it was too blatant to let it go. I am a bit confused to how he has managed his way into being a PL-ref, but chosen for one of the big games as well? That is the mystery here

@breakout67, I remember Mark Clattenburg chatting about having to put a lot of work into keeping in shape. Who knows though, maybe Moss is the leader
Yeah. He was basically demonstrating how we should feel lucky to even be considered in equal terms to his decision making. Ok, you can have that one, but barely. Like wtf. Then him giving a penalty for such an easy to spot dive was predictable as hell. At some point you'll have to question the integrity of the game and its refs when you have games like this. Can't wait for VAR and upgrades on unhealthy refs and hopefully a deep investigation into what transpired those comments made by Clattenburg and how common it is for his former colleagues to follow the same game management ideas.I remember that. It was the most blatant foul you’d see on Shaw and it took him 10 minutes to decide. You’d know if it was Arsenal player fouled he’d blow his whistle before contact was even made.
Clattenburg is at least very fit. There is probably a reason that Clattenburg became the top referee in the league in his late thirties while Moss is one of the worst in the league in his late forties. I believe Clattenburg made a career out of being a ref, while Moss didn't fancy working somewhere else and chose this. I believe Moss was a primary school PE teacher before becoming a ref, so it's safe to say he has always been this out of shape
Mentally or physically?Looks nowhere near fit enough to be a PL referee.
Mentally or physically?
Soft? It is a clear dive? If Young had done that he'd be almost sent off.Soft penalty. I think Moss thinks that Fred clipped him with his legs, which he did not. Very soft penalty.
Well yes and no. He had nothing to do with the first goal, that was just unlucky. But we had a lot of chances to score before they closed up shop after the bogus penalty decision, at 0-1 with 10-15 minutes left, anything can happen its Man Utd.I don't think he cost us the game... But god is he shit. He's the worst ref in the league by far.

Hopefully you're not just here to wum.
There was no push in the back. They rubbed their thighs against each other and he fell over. Blatant dive that Salah would be proud of.
Yup. I think both Rashford and Martial could have thrown themselves to the ground in the box during the last 10 minutes when they were surrounded by Arsenal players, and had a real case based on the established judgement of contact made, it was similar contact a lot of times. We need to be more cynical and get those decisions if we canI agree but Fred sort of leans into him, albeit very lightly and that sends him diving to the ground.
from where Moss is, he thinks that Fred clipped him with his legs.
Got it wrong anyhow.
Ofcourse it was a dive but in the last 15 years there's been the saying 'right to go down'.
Picking the least fit ref to officiate a fixture that everyone could predict would be end to end was a silly decision. It's one of those rare cases when the referee is behind every play that he just guesses almost most of his decisions
Shouldn't be allowed to ref at a professional level but he's reffing consistently big games in the richest league in the world.
Ha ha ha ha thanks brother, I needed cheering up and you made me "lol" , good oneThat's what happens when you let officer barbrady ref football matches.
