The curious case of Jon Moss

I wouldn't have been if you had taken your chances early on. So yes, you have only yourselves to blame even if the decision didn't help of course.
You don't always take all your chances, while I understand your point and it's fine. But it should never be on the referee to influence a game based on a blatant awful decision. Let's hope VAR comes into play and this kind of diving gets punished rather than awarded by awful refs.

Lacazette should 100% get a ban for that dive. Ref watch even confirmed it.
But will there be a ban?
I doubt it.

You wonder what sort of "fitness" test he's passing, as he looks unfit to say the least.

I suppose it is a fairly curious juxtaposition, having super fit peak aged athletes racing around, and some generally middle aged bloke trying to keep up!

You were very generous. The man is geriatric.

That was a 2nd yellow he missed there and a pen that wasn't. Overweight, but also just not good enough.

We still suck, so not really complaining too much.

Diabolical decision but the worst thing about it was that it was absolutely no surprise. He is an amazingly poor ref.

He's just gambled that was a pen today, not even close to being one.

I suppose people striking balls don't normally totally miss and slip over like that though.

The standard of refereeing in the Premier League is a shambles but he is the worst of an awful bunch.
Unfit physically and not fit for purpose. Should've been a second yellow and never a penalty.
Roll on VAR.

Things I've never heard a referee say: "sometimes when you can't see it, you just have to guess".

With his size and, erm, mobility, he's also a bit like another defender in midfield so far.

I am just glad VAR is coming to the Premier League next season as the standard of refereeing as encapsulated by Jon Moss is beyond a joke.

Absolutely terrible performance by an absolutely terrible ref

We'd have been better off today if he was wearing a Cardiff shirt, then at least they'd only have 11 players on the pitch. He's a useless fat cnut.

One of the worst ref performance i have seen in recent years.

You can't have a ref carrying that much weight. He's been like this for years.

That flying knee that went through Dan James was just a hilarious decision. He just smashed straight through him, nowhere near the ball. What wasn't he seeing in that?
