Alot of respect to Jamie Vardy

He showed the younger generation of premier league fans that there is something called loyalty and could go down in history of having the same impact as Alan Sherar did in the premier league by been one of the best season after season even though he isn't at any of the big 5 clubs.
Well Leicester effectively offered him similar wages to what Arsenal offered him. A few years back, Arsenal could have offered 3 times the wages Leicester could have afforded and it would have been a totally different story.
Rather that loyalty, it just shows that the "smaller" clubs can afford to pay premium wages now.

Mate vardy becomes a world wide star playing for Arsenal and probably would earn more money due to the exposure. How long are Leicester going to be in CL football or the top 4 season after season because Arsenal do it and are a much bigger club then Leicester

He showed class and loyalty by staying at Leicester and continuing the fairy tale story.

He'd get more exposure? Perhaps, but considering Leicester just won the league and are also in the champions league, that's very questionable. On top of that, at Leicester he's one of the main men, in a very settled side. If he were to move to Arsenal, there's no guarantee he'd be first choice and on top of that, he'd have a lot to prove to the Arsenal fans, who are renowned for booing their own players when things don't go their way. Rather than loyalty alone, I think there are a lot of factors in play as to why Vardy stayed.

I've got a different feeling about it. I think he himself saw his limitations, knew it would be difficult to succeed at Arsenal, and stayed in his comfort zone at Leicester, while getting a huge pay raise.

so you are saying he's not showed any loyalty by staying but showed that he thinks he's not good enough for Arsenal but good enough for Leicester.

such a strange argument when you are saying a player has shown no loyalty by staying at his current club even though a much bigger club came in for him.

Its disappointing to see Sane move to City. He's one of the brightest young players in Germany and has huge potential. I am surprised that his abilities are being dismissed by some. We should have made a move for him.Even if we had Miki and Martial we lack depth in the forward areas.

Lingard is ok and it looks like Adnan is set to leave so we definitely could have signed him. I do wonder though on how many games he gets at City what with them also in contention to sign Gabriel Jesus and Marlos Moreno.

We cant sign all the wonder kids .

Good - him reunited with Moyes at a club like Sunderland is a recipe for dropped-points for us. Given that we'll get horrible value for him anyway given that we are United, then I'd keep him rather than sell him to a Premier League side, particularly one with a long-ball philosophy where he will thrive.

Support our players ffs. Its not so hard to do that is it?
No player is bigger than the club - and if in his opinion the player brings shame to the club with his dirty tricks or non-existing football qualities then he shouldn't be protected by the club's name, don't you think? The only thing worth arguing is IF he actually brings shame (and many will disagree with him) - but not should we or should we not criticize him.

Remember the Suarez situation (how many were there ), do you think that Liverpool fans were right with the T-shirt campaign and everything? I'm not saying that what Fellaini did is as bad as what did Suarez, it's not even close, obviously, but the same logic applies - there should be no indulgences just because of the club affiliations.

He need to be a bad person to lose my support. Being shit or not at football is not a good enough reason to stop supporting him.

Playing football is what he does for a huge wage at our club, and he's not good at it so I want him gone, I don't see why I can't want what I feel is best for my football club on a message board.

You can have whatever opinion, thats fair mate. I like to support our players even if they are not good enough. Smalling is a good example of a player who many though was shit. I am happy that someone backed him and that he didn't leave. I am not saying Fellaini will be great under Mourinho, but since he still is one of us, I will support him.
