£15 million for Ibe and £4.5 million for Canos isn't a bad bit of business on our part. Canos is apparently £2.5 million plus add-ons. Both should be confirmed by Bournemouth and Norwich tomorrow.

No mention of buy-back clauses for both? We were told they would include this, if so it's decent bit of business.

I always found it weird when a french dude decides to give a transfer fee in £, for a transfer between a french and a spanish club. Where's the logic in that?

He converts in to pounds when he tweets in English, the same tweet in French gives the price in euros.

He tweeted it in French too, just translated it.

True. Especially since most of his readers in English language must not be from Uk and £ don't make sense to most people.

Does the one with bald head actually knows what he's talking about? Chelsea and Conte aren't in the CL

Petit is the only one speaking any sense, the bald guy is utterly clueless and Ballague is being the usual both bitter and smug self proclaimed expert idiot

I don't see how he fits at United anymore

Why are people so dissapointed about him leaving yet concerned about Carrick, Schweinsteiger may have been a far better player than Carrick 3/4 years ago but has declined far more than Carrick the last couple of years even if he is younger.

I expected more from Schweinsteiger with all the experience he has but not so much for his play. He is finished as a world class player, Guardiola saw it and pretty much said it when he sold him to us. Get shot of those high wages for a now injury prone shadow of a player.

I'm sure he does it on purpose, i just don't see the logic.

As above.

This is my point. The pound is irrelevant for a transfer between a french and a spanish club. I'd understand if he translated to euros in a french tweet about transfer between english clubs, because the audience would more or less solely be connected to the euro. However, as you state. Not only the british speak/read english.

Oh well, i suppose i should find more important things to be annoyed by

Fabregas seems like the type of player who will go wherever he wants (that is, he doesn't seem the type to be bullied by an agent, chairman, etc). Not sure I'd want him here, though.
