Television Suits

It was horrible. Seen this from the director.

I must say, I'm starting to be put off by the show. I enjoyed the first two seasons, and the third one to a lesser extent. I've become a bit bored of this current season and not sure where they can go with it, to continue making the show interesting. We'll see anyway. I'll definitely keep watching for now.

Just reading some of his tweets - seems v open with regard to choices they made and what could be happening over the next couple of episodes.

Makes a refreshing change that he would a) admit that something they tried was a bad idea, and b) not reply with the standard "you'll just have to wait and see".

I'm in the same boat as you, still one of my favourite shows but not sure where they can go in regards to future story lines. Maybe having Jeff Malone been undercover the whole time would be a decent storyline? But hey I'm just a fan.

Enjoyed this episode a little more, with a single case. However, Harvey is no longer very cool. They've ruined Louis. And they need to get rid of that Morris Chestnut guy. He's totally fecking pointless.

I like that he replies to tweet questions. He comes off as a bit of a cocky arsehole though.

Enjoyed this episode more then the past few. Don't generally enjoy flashback type episodes but I liked this one. You just know that the girl Mike tried to get with years ago will come back in a future case.

I've actually enjoyed all the Suits flashback episodes that I can think of, they've been done really well.

Loved the last episode - was good just seeing the characters interacting with each other again.

No way! She's beautiful

Much prefer Rachel myself.

I had a bet with someone that i would give it a go by watching the opening episode because i had the confidence in myself not enjoying the show. I was proven wrong. Finished the second season this week and so far i am loving it, quite a unique tv show.

I would quite happily take Rachel too!! :D

Yes, the first 2 seasons are amazing. I've watched them several times. Most agree it takes a bit of a dive after season two though, so will be interesting to see what you think.

They really had a good thing going with Louis, they just had to make him a pussy again.

Internal work affairs with developed characters is much more interesting than external with people we've only seen now, I can only hope Jeff Malone goes wild.

Good episode. Was pretty obvious they'd have a moment at the end. And seriously, what's the point in that Morris Chestnut character? He's totally fecking pointless. I hope to god he doesn't come back next season.

I liked these last two episodes a lot, especially the last one. Hopefully the will continue the good work.

That's not Morris Chestnut!

Your post made me watch it immidiately and I am glad I did, that was nice. Shame it's end of the season.

I don't know, it wasn't bad but I've been underwhelmed by this season. Won't bother watching season 5.

I called it early in the episode that Donna was going to become Louis' secretary.
Plus, I had a feeling Harvey was wearing a mic. Only way to get him.
I could easily become a writer for this :wenger:

Still enjoy it, and rather gutting that we have to wait a few months until the next season. I assume it'll be the last.

It's definitely not what it was in the first few seasons, but the last three episodes have been pretty good I thought. I always like their flashback episodes and I don't think I can say the sake for any other show.

Re Donna, knowing suits she'll be back with Harvey by episode two of the next season.

That's kinda the problem with the show. The season is best described as being full of missed opportunities and rushed storylines. They could have made 3 full seasons out of the good ideas in season 4, if they spent some time showing interesting smaller cases inbetween that made the show great in previous seasons. But they had to rush Mike back to the law firm, solve the Louis hates everyone plot within 2 episodes. Why not solve a few cases in the new set-up and show the different dynamics before going back to normal again? And then, the big bad villain, who tricked everyone for decades, was brought down in like 2 minutes by Harvey wearing a fecking wire.

Not sure I like the way the Donna and Harvey stuff is going. Does this mean that mid way through season 4 we're going to have the 2 main characters stuff in relationships? Yawn.

Would like is season five was the last, I still enjoy the show but it's definitely not what it once was. I think they've written themselves into too many corners with it now and run out of stuff, so it's a good time to end it.

It's descending into a soap - they really need to end this. Donna and Harvey was always going to happen, just a question of when. This season would've been the perfect opportunity to marry off all the main characters and put everyone out of their misery.

I hate the soppy side to this amazing show. You have Harvey and Jessica who are hard nosed, brutal characters who always have business at the forefront of their mind. There is Mike who is a sensitive little bitch and Lewis who can be as tough as Harvey & Jess but has a silly soft side to him. Then you have the love plots consisting of Rachel and Donna Etc.
The show is heading in the wrong direction. Tbh even Harveys soft side has been explored far too much in season 3 & 4.
More law suits, less love stories.

This. Just like Mike was back within 5 or 6 episodes.

Decent last episode. I watched a couple of old episodes the other day. I'd forgotten that it was quite funny back then. It's listed on IMDB as a comedy.

I'd actually totally forgotten how it ended until I read the last few posts.

They need to dial back the soap opera shit and get back to having a new case every week like in season one.
