Television Suits

Harvey's suits are nice but he wears very wide lapels.

Mike's are too far the other way, the skinny tie wearing suit noob.

That suits me on a suit, the skinny look on suits just doesn't work. I'm not fat, just broad shouldered.
Skinny look suits don't work on anyone, they look shit every time without fail.

Check out all the 'slim fit' suits Next sell - hideous.

I like a traditionally cut suit, I just think some of Harvey's are very wide lapels.

You don't understand the pain I have gone through to find a suit like the ones he wears. Blood has been spilled, both from my body and from those who have fitted me!!!
I'm pretty sure they're a few grand each and tailored exactly to his body so that they look as good as they do. Yeah, I'd kill for a suit that looks that good.

Of you've got that kind of cash to throw at a suit get down to Savile Row and have one made for you!

Mike's body is just out of shape. His hips are so broad as if like a broad. Maybe thats why half his scenes are only showing him waist up. Thats why he will never look as classy as Harvey no matter how tailored the suit is to him.

It is something I would love to do if I ever make the big leagues, but for now I shall remain happy about my £100 suit.

They are what is called "trendy" which they aren't. Not smart in the slightest, and the only time they look half decent is for social events.

I've always said if I won the lotto I'd go get a bunch of suits made on the Row.

Skinny fit suits never look even half decent.

Just finished season 2 of this on Netflix. Just found out there's a season 3 & 4. Any help as to where I can watch this at a good quality. I don't mind paying, but well, free is always good.

I'd have thought 3 at least would be on Netflix, have you tried the US version?

That's what I was hoping but they've only got up to season 2.

I haven't tried the US version, but would that even work?

Yea you can access the US version, it's particularly easy through a web browser but also possible via PS3 if that's what you use.

I like skinny/slim fit suits purely because I am skinny.

Normal fit suits tend to make me look like a 13 year old at a funeral wearing a suit bought for me in a rush.

I can't believe it's taken 18 pages for a thread entitled "Suits" to talk about actual suits...

For what it's worth, skinny suits are grand for the skinnier gentlemen... RN is just being sizest

That was a very good episode, enjoyed watching that. Apart from the Mike-Rachel thing, the producers are quite brave tbh, they did some things everyone thought it will ruin the show, but it never did. It will be interesting to see what they will do with Louis.

Jessica just got LITT up! feck how long is the wait till the show comes back? DO they come back in Dec or Jan? Stupid Mike. Should have just stayed out of this and let Donna handle it.

But what I don't get is why would Louis go back to Pearson Specter. He is going to be in a place where he is absolutely going to be hated by Jessica, Harvey, Donna and Mike. Maybe even Rachel. Why would he want to be in a situation where he has to discuss things with his partners who hate him and fired him in the first place? I thought he was going to ask for all of his clients and take them to Zane or anywhere else. He could have got his name on the wall at Zane's company as well.

back to square one.
Not exactly square one, now Louis actually knows and he's not looking to expose Mike, he's just using the knowledge to his own ends.

If we come back in Jan with 'Pearson Spector Litt' and they're not hanging the 'Mike is a fraud' thing over anyone's head it could work out.

Not sure how the dynamic between Louis and everyone else will work though.

Top drawer acting from Rick Hoffman by the way. He's always good but those last few episodes especially he was great.

Because he has unconditional love for the firm - for his character it makes total sense.

Just watched the finale, like you say, he's always good... but recently, and especially this last episode, he's been superb.

They recreate the setting from season1. Not a bad thing, if they pull it off properly. Louis competes with Harvey and everybody hate/fear him. I hope they are consistent and allow Louis to be the bad guy again.

The acting from Hoffman was, as said, excellent. The old Louis is well and truly back. It was obvious when he stabbed Harvey in the back after Harvey had went out of his way to get him the gigs in Cincinnati and Boston as well as fighting for him as PS in the first place.

Louis is a careless bastard at the best of times so no doubt his new found knowledge will put the firm in trouble at some point.

Gonna be interesting to see the dynamic between Louis and Mike now.

Gonna miss Katrina if she stays gone.
I assume Mike won't be told about it, and he'll find out eventually as he becomes suspicious as to why Louis got his name on the door.

Great episode, though.

-First of all ratting them out is probably not an option, because underneath his anger he still cares a lot for Harvey and Donna at least.
-So this is probably his best way of getting back at them.
-He's confronting his demons. Most of his self esteem issues seem to come from the lack of respect trust from Jessica and Harvey, becoming their equal probably does wonders for his self esteem.
-Would a law firm really make anyone named Partner on the spot? Especially since everyone (including the clients) would smell something fishy if Jessica suddenly made a U-turn.

What bothers me a bit is that not knowing what the key was about is extremely sloppy from Mike, it means he didn't even read the wikipedia article of the Order of the Coif and somehow I find that very hard to believe.

I think they can go anywhere they want with Louis<>Mike.
L could be sort of nice to him, because Mike made his dream come true. They could make it so Louis lost his respect for Mike (in a moral sense), but acknowledges that he is an extremely gifted lawyer/problem solver (a bit like Jessica<>Mike) or they could make Louis despise him and use that to create a lot of personal drama.

Katrina was loyal to Louis until the very end (to the point that she lost her job) and she is probably the only person he'd be able to trust at the beginning of the next season. So I'd be very surprised if they don't bring her back.

Imo they definately need to make Jessica force Louis into signing something that makes him an accomplice (or smth like having her record the final scene of the last episode).

Mike must have read that Wikipedia article, as he went to the trouble of putting his name amongst the notable members

I absolutely hate the character Mike Ross. He's a complete arrogant fraud who is a self righteous prick that has the nerve to always look for the moral high ground. I wish bad things to happen to him and always root against him.

The thing is that Louise will probably treat Mike with disdain (like the last time when Mike had to admit to forging his results) but if Louis gets his name on the door then he becomes party to the crime just like Jessica.
