Cheaper. Younger. Can be trained into a United style player. Great rapport with Fletcher apparently. Been compared to Iniesta/Xavi/Scholes repeatedly.

So Inter see Hazard as a worthy replacement for Sneijder but we'd rather buy Sneijder for £30m than Hazard, a 20 year old who would cost less and can be moulded into the player we want him to be? Makes sense
I get the point you're making but Hazard will cost whoever buys him £20m minimum. The real savings in comparison to Sneijder would be on wages etc. That said I don't think Sneijder's the right choice for us.
That's true, I forgot about the wages. Personally I think we need a scrappy defensive midfielder over a player like Sneijder.
Should clearly be going for Hazard if they are gonna be of a similar price. Way more upside.....and well even if he flops, you get more for Hazard than you do for a 30 year of Sniejder.

I would genuinely be infuriated if we bought him now. I didn't want him when we were originally interested and I definitely don't want him now.

In that big gaping hole in the middle of the park. Think if we are going to a 433 he could easily play in the 3 or at the top of the diamond in a 442. Would be a massive improvement over any of Giggs Scholes Young or Fletcher and still a cut above Kagawa Anderson and Cleverley.
