Serie A 2024/25

I love this kid, I hope he has a great carreer

Yeah we're bringing him back, don't see how we don't

Buongiorno is out for Napoli for a month. They are really short at the back and it could cost them. They are also missing Kvara but Neres stepped up well against Udinese

Any Juve person here that can confirm or deny the news that they're trying to buy David Hancko this winter?

We really need him till the end of the season

I take that as a confirmation that he is worth buying...

On a serious note, he does fit the profile of a left-sided defender since we lost out on Calafiori. Both Bremer (brilliant CB) and Cabal (rotational LB/CB) are also out for the season.

Think he would be a great asset for you. One of the best Feyenoord players this century. He's equally good as CB and LB as well.

If he leaves this winter we're fecked

We will submit our offer right away!

Brilliant game. I haven't watched Roma much this season but some of the football they've played that half is better than I've seen from them in years, and what a goal

And the farce comes to an end(maybe?)

Milan hiring Sergio Conceicao now. I guess fans won't have a problem with his past at Inter...

They should have hired him in the summer instead of Fonseca.. Who ever thought that Fonseca could be a good appointment at Milan needs to be fired also haha

They wanted Lopetegui

Then the fans told them to stop drinking and they had to veer to Fonseca while pretending he was their first choice all along, which made things worse obviously

He had problems with Leao and Theo pretty much immediately, to the surprise of nobody

Roma are as volatile and inconsistent as they come

PD: What a strange carreer Dybala had, he always lacked real pace and strength to be a phenom, or super crack.
Yet he always had buckets of finesse, overall a very complete package and a knack for great goals in important matches...yet with all those injuries and a certain more fierce attitude that he left in Palermo he makes me feel that he could have done better, even if his carreer is better than it might seems.
I don't get anyway why Scaloni does not uses him more, he gets injured like always regularly, but he looks more mature these last three years to at least help in this transitional time in the NT.

Dybala got a lot of criticism after Juventus lost the UCL final to Madrid. Wasn't there rumours that Dani Alves lost his shit at him at half time..since then and CR7's arrival, he just dipped in form and consistency.

A wonderful player to watch though

Any Milan fans on here happy with Sérgio Conceição? Definitely needed a change. Gone backwards under Fonseca. Totally forgot he was an Inter player. Saying that Seedorf, Pirlo,Ronaldo and others have played for both. It seems a more common switch than other rivalries.

Ah damn it. Seems like Inter might just be better than Atalanta afterall

First brace of Dumfries career @KirkDuyt

It would be cool if we can stay up and then the TGF Roma link can tempt him to come to the PL for a wee bit.

Really? Does that include the national team? Feels like he scored braces in most of our important matches at tournaments in the last decade.

Strong win for Napoli. Thought Fiorentina would get something tonight but Napoli were clinical

Conte has cracked Serie A long time ago.. his football is not the most pleasing on the eye but what matters is the results.. i would be very surprised if Napoli is not the winner at the end of the season...

Napoli played very well. I watched the game and was impressed with what I saw. Thought the Fiorentina goal that was chalked off should have stood, though. Very harsh to disallow that. At 1-1, the course of the game would have changed. As soon as that goal was disallowed, Napoli just grew and never looked like dropping the points.

Inter do have a knack for losing titles bizzarely, as witnessed by 2022 meltdown, but i still think biggest surprise would be Inter not winning.

This isn't the season in which they look like they could lose it.

I've just watched the higlights from the Roma vs Lazio and it looks that it was also quite a classic (derby in a strict sense too)

Only watched the last 30 and it was a fun game. CNt believe Lazio didn't score

Seems the trend of great Clasicos/Derbies continues, great goals between Milan and Inter

Fonseca is a good manager, but not suited for top clubs where you need to be at the top of your leadership skills to deal with primadonas. He's good for those teams who want to reach top 6.

Conceição is much more suited and has the right personality for italian football.
The job he did at Porto with such an average squad is actually impressive.
Of course it also helps that Conceição was a top player in his prime, which helps in getting respect from current top players.

He is a fierce character, he wont take sh*t from anybody and becomes very salty when his teams loses.

It seems that AC Milan finally found a coach after so many failed attempts in the recent years.now they have to find some players for him haha

Fonseca had Theo and Leao pretty-openly against him by the second game

Conceicao has been here a minute and already has got Theo back

And yes, it really helps that he was a great player, and even more that he was a great player in Italy

It's really a pattern from Fonseca. Same happened at Porto. At Roma things went a little better because Roma expectations were low.
When expectactions got higher things started to derail fast.

Actually did a good job to recover Lille though.

He suffers from the same problem Benitez had, which is that he focuses too much on the technical-tactical aspects of his teams while ignoring the human component. At smaller clubs, with worse players, that's fine. If Goat Farmer isn't sold on his ideas, drop him for Sheep Farmer and move on.

but at a club like Milan, he ends up dropping Leao and Theo - the team's two best players - and if you do that, you *have* to win. Otherwise the situation around you and the squad is gonna turn toxic, and quickly
