Wrong, i think he could make a very good WB. He is a 'very good' crosser and an aerial threat, infact, his attacking side surpasses his defensive side. He has the energy to get up and down the wing and with better end product than Valencia. The downside is his rashness in defence- worse than Bailly-, his private life and his attitude.

Wrong, PSG fans actually complains that he always cross the ball in the first defender. It reminds you someone?

... and the fact he may not be permitted entry to the country.

It was in an article from L'equipe and I'm pretty sure that it was already discussed on RMC. Also Guéant doesn't decide who gets the nationality that part in itself is BS but apparently no one really knows why it was declined.
Who knows, Guéant didn't decide himself but it was the most most anti-immigration period in France where the government was trying to give signs to the far right.

As for his attacking game I find it's quite good mostly because of his pace and his incisive and well-timed runs behind the defence, even if his crossing is average and finishing a bit poor.

Aurier is a good to very good player and yes he is fast and powerful but he isn't good enough offensively to be seen as a WB. You wouldn't use Aurier like Sidibé was used against PSG in August last season for example but he is a pretty good RB when he isn't distracted by off field stories.

Didn't he say Blanc was gay for noshing Ibrahimovic off? I guess that makes Zlatan gay too if he was getting down with it.
No, only the person doing the noshing is gay. Or at least i hope thats how it works... :nervous:

I don't see it happening. Mourinho talked about 3 players instead of 4 which suggests either winger or DM.

There has been no indication that we've had a serious interest in Fabinho, and Aurier most likely won't be able to get a visa here due to his criminal record.

Got no idea where he will go though as Juventus have just signed De Sciglio.

Delaney is Metro level reliability, i would even say the Sun are more trustworthy. Take a bow Miguel

I think it's important for us to always have an attacking right-back as we mostly play Micki/Mata/Lingard on the right wing, players that prefers drifting inside.

Some back-up for Valencia could prove very valuable.

Delaney is a complete fraud. He chucks every story at the wall hoping for something that sticks, and unsurprisingly was nowhere when we actually signed people.

With Delaney's nonsense over Fabinho, James and Perisic I'm expecting Aurier to be announced as a City player tomorrow

Twice cheaper than Kyle Walker, hard to believe it's real, but Aurier would feck shit up in positive meaning of the word with Lukaku and Bailly on the pitch, plus it's the kind of price for a player Woody loves.

Delany is a fraud. Nothing will ever come of it.
I don't disagree with your view on Delaney, but this isn't exactly his exclusive. L'Equipe (I think) had an article on Aurier and how we came in for him a few days back. So like with how Delaney wrote an article with how United are close to agreeing a few with Inter for Perisic a day before Inter went to pre-season by putting 1 and 1 together, it looks like Delaney is once again using other sources and trying to guess another transfer and hoping it's right.

I thought some were saying he wouldn't get a VISA?

After the Perisic deal looking unlikely, maybe we plan on getting a good right-back and push Valencia forward again to get proper width from a winger.

Le equipe are a tabloid paper, they make shit up. It is the author of the article and not the newspaper that determines the credibility. For example The sun is not a great paper except Neil custis who has connections at united.

That's not exactly what L'equipe reported. They reported that in the last months, a range of clubs have looked at him(Milan, City, United, Juventus among others) but that today the only serious link is with the two clubs of Milan.

L'equipe don't have an history to make shit up.

But Valencia isn't very good at being a winger.

I remember reading from an article that translated what L'Equipe said that Aurier is available for around €20-25m and that United had in recent hours expressed an interest. There could have been an error in the translation though.

Jose will get 4

There was an article that said that his agent talked with United among other clubs and that he was interested but nothing new. The recent articles speculates on where he could go and add that Milan and Inter are the most likely destinations because Juve don't have the room for him, he is a non-EU player, and there isn't any serious contacts in England just old interest.

He isnt that much worse then perisic
He's significantly worse, Valencia is no better on the wing than anyone currently at the club who plays there, we have a number of years of evidence to back this up. We should keep him in RB where he's been very good.

Whut?

Perisic :- 11 goals, 12 assists in 3.042' mins
Valencia :- 1 goal, 6 assists in 3.773' mins

And before you say that they play in different positions let me remind you this: Valencia was a poor winger for nearly 5 years before he got switched to RB. His last good season was 11-12 which is like 5 years ago (he had 6 goals and 16 assists, still worse than Perisic's last season).

In terms of productivity they are currently miles apart.

I remember seeing Paris as his listed birthplace. I assumed he also had French citenship.

We are not signing perisic cause he is a great player. We are goi going for him because he is strong and he can provide width. Valencia can do that.

I think we are going for aurier so we can insert darmian in the perisic deal, lowering the price down

I answered to that

He is born in Ivory Coast and came to France when he was around 10, if I'm not mistaken.

I watched the real-psg game last year and this guy played very well. Pin point crosses only resulting in cavani squandering them. Very good right back if he can control his attitude.

Wouldn’t mind Aurier at all, but it’s your man Miguel ‘Pizdit kak Trotsky’ Deleany.

This guy couldn't get a work permit and wasn't even allowed to come to England when PSG played against City (or was it Chelsea).

Has that changed? If not then why is this even being debated
