Screw PSR - We HAVE to buy in Jan

I think first we should gut the squad, only keep players who work hard.

Then sign young players , and try to get to a point we are playing decent football.

2 Or 3 older players won't make a big difference.

Oh it was, 100% what was the other reasons?
It was xenophobia from the fanbase.

Either way, we are now in just as bad a position with no end in sight.
Please stop. It was about state ownership being bad for football. I was prepared to walk away from supporting United over it, so don’t try and tell me what my reasons were.

 The Glazers caused this?

Yes . Years of miss management. Must be seriously thick or a scouser if you’re Pro Glazer. Look at how many good players have regressed at this club. You’re totally missing my point all these wish lists and I am guilty of posting are utterly pointless . The fact is this club sucks the life out of good players and managers. Look at Amorim he already looks miserable.

Who else did? Most the shite out there was money wasted by the Glazers, who let idiots run the club.
The people they entrusted with the money? INEOS for sanctioning a bunch of Ten Hag signings in the summer instead of firing him? There are people making some diabolical decisions that aren’t named Glazer.

Mount, Hojlund, Casemiro, Antony etc were all bought when the Glazers were in charge.

FFS, I'm talking about a huge percentage not every single individual.

State ownership is crap, but that is for the powers of the game to control not for fans to disadvantage their team by objecting when others are doing it.

I actually think allowing people to buy football clubs and leverage then with debt whilst taking profits is far worse.

I’d imagine my view is pretty well mirrored amongst those who spoke out against Qatari ownership.

That’s why owners can’t buy clubs via leveraged buy outs any more.

Let's agree to differ mate.

I just have no faith in this ownership.

The Tory tax dodger as you call him has barely been here. He’s not without criticism but those Yanks have been here decades.
You can blame the Glazers for being absent owners and putting people in charge who didn’t know what they were doing but despite that, we’re making worse decisions now there are people actually in charge of making football decisions and they’re apparently ‘best in class’. You can say what you want but the Glazers wouldn’t have let Erik go on as long as he did, Woodward sacked managers for less, yet here we are, still blaming them for what’s happening today on the field. I hate them as much as anyone but open your eyes and look around at what’s currently happening.

Dont get conned by this PSR shit. If we dont buy anyone its because we dont want to spend the money.

Couldn’t be your precious Tory tax dodger could it? Nah, blame the Yanks.

Ratcliffe's barely been here for a year, and his appointments on the footballing side started in July.

We have over a decade of mismanagement from the Glazers and their lackeys under our belts, they're absolutely responsible for the awful situation we find ourselves in.

Care to explain why he hasn’t got a clue?
You talking about the same guy that predicted us spending £300m+ in the summer?

Go read the accounts (ten of millions of losses per year) and the numerous stories about us cutting every possible cost instead of some fella on twitter.

Me neither. I wouldn’t be posting about United right now if we had state ownership, so anything is better in my eyes, even relegation.

If I was a semi talented prospect with clubs like Utd in for me, I'm heading elsewhere right now. Feel for the likes of Yoro and Hojlund. Sold an absolute fairytale.

It’s the same guy, yes. The numbers add up, so how is he wrong?

We'll be in the relegation scrap with this current squad, have little doubts about that.

The summer clearout will have to be expedited because Amorim will be dead in the water if we can't improve the squad

You're all being, as ever, absolutely ridiculous drama queens.

We won't be relegated. I'll say it now: we are too good to go down. We aren't even that bad right now, but every little thing has gone against us and seems to keep going against us.

Now on the other hand, even being a mid table team given the expenditure on players is an absolute joke, and the fact we're even talking about relegation is INSANE. Manchester United have been run into the ground, and these players need to sort their fecking heads out -right now- because nobody is going to help us but ourselves.

Ipswich just beat Chelsea. What the feck are you watching?

We need to sign a ball playing goalkeeper - THAT will have the goals pouring in. Maybe bring in a backup ball playing goalkeeper as well just in case the first one gets injured or isn't scoring as many as first hoped.

Hojlund should be thanking his lucky stars. There isn’t a top 30 team in the world that would want him.

Did you see some of the easy passes our team screwed up. Onana cannot play as he dud previously when any player can bodge a 6 yard pass and leave an open goal

We'll not be relegated. West Ham, Southampton, Leicester and even Wolves (who were completely awful to be honest) are all worse sides than us, and we will sort ourselves out eventually. Don't be melodramatic.

Hernandez ac Milan left back. - not having a good time there at the moment.

Leroy sane out of contract in summer.
Alohonso Davies out of contract In summer
Kimmich out of contract in summer

Need a left wing back.
Kimmich to replace Casemiro.

Serious question, how keen do you think these type of players will do to join a major rebuild project with no sign of champions league football on the horizon?

I'd agree with others who say you should wait till the summer. This season is done in the league anyway, better value/options in the summer and a better chance to move others on.

There isn’t going to be a big influx of new players.
Maybe one, or at a stretch maybe two new signings in January, but no big names or rated up and coming prospects will want to come here anyway.
Even if we can move out a couple of players in January, Amorim is stuck with most of the current squad for the rest of the season.
He’ll be stuck with most of them next summer as well.
