So my colleague has recently developed a cough and sniffles. Even though she was t in the stages of a full blown cold, She did the right thing this morning and phoned in sick only to be told by management and upper management she had to come in or she wouldnt receive her sick pay and only receive statutory sick pay Which she simply cannot survive on.
So she was in work this morning with the rest of us (about 25) in a relatively small area. Our union is on the case now but it's a joke.

I hope those responsible for creating this mess take ownership and consider changes in everyday habits, because the next time an outbreak like this happens, it'll wipe out half the world.
