Not sure who's the Jam... but it works either way.
He can be the GOAT but is quickly turning into a liability. Also 33, and not ageing well.
We need to sign the next Messi.
Sancho is the next Messi.
How in the slightest?I'd say these all contradict themselves.... obscene standards he's obviously set himself, but either way.
Messi also runs like 4km per match, meaning he becomes a complete liability in terms of pressing, defending.Perspective in mind you can only choose Sancho. He'll set you up for the upcoming 10-15 years, Messi for maybe the next 3-4.
It would mean benching Bruno or moving him to the #8 position alongsi.... oh what am I talking about, it's not happening guys.. not in a million years!
Messi doesn't bother running anymore. Completely useless when the team doesn't have the ball. He can be the GOAT but is quickly turning into a liability. Also 33, and not ageing well.
Sancho 100%
Messi without the ball is defending with 10 men. You cannot go a whole season in the PL playing like that.
We are not built to play with a player like Messi in the team.
Ask Koulibaly about that
Oh no I asked Liverpool, Roma and Bayern and they concur.
Generally of course. Messi's pretty good at pressing when he decides to do it, though. But doesn't have the legs to do it anymore respectively if he did, he wouldn't be as good offensive-wise. You need to defend through possession with him in the team which is why I think you wouldn't be a good fit. He could be excellent at City though.
