"well done Julen, you've won"

Looks like he just made a bunch of sensible calls tonight — started the started younger kids and dropped terrible players like Faes and Ayew. Also didn’t play Ndidi no.10, which was a bizarre move from Cooper
They lost on the weekend, no?
wasn’t manager.

Ah fair enough! Miracle worker then :D

Love to see Ruud and Bilal el Khanouss doing well. Hope both do very well!

Nice result, so much work ahead to keep these up if they play the same way every week.

ETH performance that.

Pure ping pong, West Ham should have scored a few more.

Nice to see him start with a win, but it was far more luck than judgement.

Probably not winning too many more games shipping 30-odd shots and 10 on target at home to fellow shite.

Nobody looks better in a turtle or roll neck than him.

Could've been 12-12

Enjoyed it. Come on the Ruud.

I didn't realise that he got a new job as LFC manager.
Damn, that was quick.
And he won his first game.

21 games unbeaten as a manager. 16 with PSV. 4 with United. 1 with Leicester.
Incredible!

Lopetegui got ETH fired who he worked for, wonder if this will be the final straw in the Lopetegui stint so Ruud get's his revenge

Stuffed 4-0 away at Newcastle. Shipped 27 shots (11 on target) today, to go with 16 (7) vs Brighton and 31 (10) against West Ham.

Not sure he's getting them anywhere with this Ten Hag ball.

doesn't help when your 1st 3 choices in CM are all out and your star keeper goes off injured at HT, wasn't expecting much today, Wolves next Sunday though if Ward is in goal no one will have much faith, we need Hermansen or at least our second choice Stolarczyk back but not sure when he's back as he's been out all season after an ankle operation.

Bruno should have been sent off 2, not booked for a dive which the ref gave us a free kick for, so no excuse, they gets booked a few minutes later, probably still would have lost but still..

Taken an absolute high difficulty job, so scraping 17th on the last day is about their max result.

It always seems United fans never want ex players to do well

I don't think I've seen a single post in here that doesn't want Ruud to do well.

Somebody thinking he'll fail at Leicester for whatever reason is not the same as somebody wanting him to fail.

Didnt seem like the best club to join. What does Ruud know about fighting relegation? As a manager he managed PSV and a few games of Manchester United. They dont fight relegation. As a player he was way too good to fight relegation.

Joined an absolutely terrible team who have a fair few injuries right now, and were always going to at best be in a 4 club scuffle to stay up.
Thankless task, but premier league jobs don't come up every day.
