In other news, Russian telegram channels reporting Wagner are leaving camps in Belarus.
"Wagner PMC has a long-established approved mechanism of action in case of death of Yevgency Prigozhin or Dmitry Utkin. According to a Readovka source, it is approved and is entered automatically for all PMC commanders. If the death of a businessman or Wagner Group commander Dmitry Utkin during the crash of a business jet with the number RA-02795 is confirmed, then the algorithm will be launched immediately. However, the source declined to specify what exactly this mechanism implies, but he separately noted that this would be very bad news anyway."

Wonder if he had some sort of “if I just happen to die, do this” type of instructions to his men? He seemed fairly crafty, surely he wasn’t stupid enough to think he was completely in the clear.
What are the repercussions of this? Do Wagner fall in line or any chance they will try and seek revenge against Putin's regime?
My guess is Wagner is done for. Putin and his regime won't give up on Wagner operations abroad but likely replace Wagner with some other group.

A lot of air defense missiles uses a fragmentation warhead with a proximity fuze, the missile explodes close to the airframe and the shrapnel from it does the damage. Those holes could be from the shrapnel.

Was going to post this thread. Seems GRU were supplanting Wagner everywhere, and this was likely their coup de grace since the guy running the new Africa program just also happened to be their assassinations guy. Obviously Putin gave the order for it.
Based on the flight path and immediate end of transmission, it was either shot down or otherwise blown up.

The missile warhead has ball bearings like shrapnel, that's what the damage from it looks like.
It depends. If Prigozhin made any plans for Wagner in case he was assassinated, it could get interesting. If not, then most probably they will cease to exist.

Even if Wagner ceases to exist something else will take it's place, and probably hire all the old personnel. Putin needs the services Wagner provides in Africa and the Middle East.
