That's last resort measure, not only because of Ukraine , but because he can't be sure of the armies allegiances. His best bet is the rosgvarida. His Praetorian guard.

To be fair, I’d love to see that. A flock of Jaguar E-Types driving in formation, some Aston Martins DB7’s, a few of those amphibious white car things just emerging from the Black Sea and every driver is firing off horrific sexual innuendos and one liners.
