Russian invasion of Ukraine | Fewer tweets, more discussion

Christ almighty. There were rumours earlier that Russia had mobilised SOF to Rostov to go after Prigozhin. Could well be the beginning of the end.

Jesus I would've loved this so much if this was a TV show.

I wonder if Prigozhin has made the calculation that he can't go back to Putin because he will probably get tricked into getting arrested and murdered, therefore he is going to have to fight his way out of this. Can't see it ending in anything other than death in either case.

This is telegram of someone in a Ukrainian brigade around Bakhmut.

Couldn't happen to a nicer man.

It is the perfect night to attack russian positions. Instead of focusing on the front linie, they all refresh their telegram channels by the minute probably. Especially in the Bakhmut area.

Putin, in my opinion, has been siding with MOD for some time, and if anything, he would be displaying that in public right now. I don't care too much about how they will end as long as it gives a huge advantage to the UA.

I would wait a bit and let them fight it out for awhile if those reports are true. The UA might even get some of them to give up each other's positions or key points in the deep areas to shell. Attacking them along the front line now will probably give them a reason to unite again in the field.

Wow. Just wow.

Mind that Prigozhin hold a high stand among Russians, and many leaked conversations tell that a lot of Russian soldiers share the frustration. This could be the way the Ukrainian war ended.

That Prigozhin questioning the war self, is something new. He seems tired of the war,.

MoD is arming conscripts in Rostov apparently, imo they should simply call back their regular forces from the frontlines if they’re to stand a chance against battle hardened mercenaries. This way they could save the face by arguing that leaving Ukraine was necessary in order to prevent a western led military coup.

I've just turned it on and he's so lost

Steve Lookner, I listened to him 10 years ago. Usually he is browsing the web reading news articles and comments aloud while asking himself whats going on! Its pretty entertaining once you become familiar with him! Its more of a alone talk show for people wanting to hang out with the latest news.

There are some rumours, that Prigozhin might have planned all of this.
Girkin thinks Prigozhin attacked his own camp:

There are also reports, that all of Prigozhins statements were recorded at the same time:

+ the tweet of Rajma where Wagners said goodbye to their relatives beforehand.

It's all very strange and confusing right now.

Makes sense if the info in the previous tweets above are true (ie, that Wagner troops were saying goodbye to their families before the "bombing" and telling them to watch the news)

I stumbled upon him during the last Israeli / Palestinian conflagration. He has a definitive style, but gets info across quickly.

If they first start shooting at each other, killing each other, it's hard to unit again just like that. Ukraine should attack the Russian army where Wagner is not presented. If Prigozhin is tired of the war, help him out.

Considering how Wagner have been used to sow chaos in lots of other countries and conflict zones, it serves Putin right
