Why the feck are Wales getting a home advantage in England's world cup? Especially when they're playing in England's group. Madness!
Apparently they also wanted to face Australia in Cardiff too, but the Australians flat out refused that..and so Fiji with no significant clout will be the ones to have to go there. Why the feck are Wales getting a home advantage in England's world cup? Cant see Wales winning this world cup..the path to victory is just too much, they look battered, and they may need to face all three Southern Hemisphere giants just to get to the final..that would be one herculean task and if they did, would be the greatest world cup triumph ever.
We are shit and the referee too, there is a knock on and Cudmore runs into his teammates.
My stream is crap but I was pretty sure that's what happened too. What are France at?
Its a heroic effort, no one gave them a chance against England..but they are losing far too many players and they have been pushed to the edge in a mjority of their games..you want a breather once in a while..and they arent getting any...but its a great effortTo give them their dues, they've done amazingly well considering the players they've lost. They're a credit to their country.
Next up... Cmoooooon Canada
Edit: Or not. Try after 3mins.
I'm sorry, I'm not sure about what you mean?
The crossing looked pretty obvious to me, even on a crap stream.
I hope to never see this referee again:
- The canadians clean way beyond the rucks.
- He doesn't know what an offside is.
- On the rucks the french support don't stay on their feet.
- He struggles with knock ons.
- In the scrums the french push before the introduction.
Didn't this ref have a shocker in one of the earlier matches? For some reason that's in my head.
i will be supporting ireland as soon as england are knocked out this weekend.
Good. Bloody bottlers the Welsh.I have a feeling England will beat Australia. I think the Aussies have by far the better side, especially at the key breakdown area, but I just think siege mentality and bloody mindedness will see England through.
Then it all comes down to the following week where I think Australia will have too much for a broken Wales. England will hammer Uruguay and send the Welsh home.

i don't share that optimism if we had a functioning line out and a dominating pack then i'd fancy our chances with farrell and brown kicking everything to touch. i just don't think we'll trouble them in the areas they're a little weak. we'll need to avoid the breakdown almost entirely as they're too good there. not sure the rest of our game is good enough to make up for that.
Its England all day long that most irish want to see go home early.I'm Irish so it's hardly optimism!
Choosing between England and Wales going home early is like trying to decide which Jedward twin I'd prefer to punch.
Id rather the Welsh go through..England will get better as this tournament progresses...they are a talented bunch with home ground advantage.I have a feeling England will beat Australia. I don't know. These days there is probably greater animosity between Welsh and Irish fans than there is with the English. Partly because England haven't been great in a while and partly because familiarity breeds contempt. Welsh and Irish sides see a lot of each other and they don't like that our club sides have been better than theirs and we don't like that their national team has been better than ours.
If England get through they'll be a dangerous and bitter animal going forwards. If Wales get through they could be down to a 7's team by the time they reach a semi final.
Brilliant looking Irish side named for the Italy game.
That backline of Murray, Sexton, Dave, Henshaw, Earls, Bowe, Zebo is magnificent looking.
It's a decent backline that will see you through the group stage but I'm afraid it won't be much use against the tournament's big boys, i.e. New Zealand and Wales. It might be best if you face NZ in the quarters so that you can make a quick exit without having to face the possibility of a Welsh mauling in the semis.
