Rugby World Cup 2015 | Reminiscing Thread

This is the first game of rugby I've actually found quite entertaining.

Yes!!! Suck it England! SUCK IT!

If they kicked the points, admittedly it was a tough kick out on the sidelines, they would've got the ball back from the kickoff.

So dumb going for the line.

Overpaid cnuts. Give their wages to soldiers nurses and bin men.

Did Portugal qualify this year? Remember them scoring a try in 2007 against NZ..a great moment.

Nah mate we are going through a bad phase atm. Not a good generation of players. I just adopted Wales as my second team on Rugby/football because i go there on work related issues many times during the year, so i got a soft spot for the country. I didn't even watch their comeback (Sporting match is on atm) but my facebook got flooded with comments from welsh colleagues. Nothing against England but delighted for Wales.

Makes sense..yes, this is massive win for them considering the circumstances with them losing their best players through injury. Big upset, although not the biggest for obvious reasons.

No, they have to beat Australia to avoid that...and they usually can beat Australia especially in world cups..however this may mean that they dont top their group and may have to face the AB's before the final.

Thanks for that. I lost my stream at HT with England looking likely winners. Sounds like the Welsh played a blinding 2nd half.

fecking terrible second half from england. either way neither of those sides are anywhere near good enough to get past the quarters.

What a great day. United win to put the Premier League firmly in the bag and now Wales are nailed on to win the World Cup.

So what's the footballing equivalent to this match? Holland beating Germany ?

After all the whining about not starting Ford, as soon as Farrell went off they lose all control and the ability to actually move the ball with purpose.

Farrell didn't go off though, Burgess did.

Thinking about it, I can't remember Barritt's name being mentioned all match.
