Rugby Union Discussion - Six Nations Time

Prendergast missing one doesn’t make Crowley’s record any less poor, unfortunately.

I just wonder if we should be letting someone else have a crack if both our 10s aren’t up to scratch off the tee?
He missed two. And I never think he's going to score off the tee. Is there somewhere you can check his stats off the tee for Ireland?

I know people used to make fun of the elaborate routines that modern kickers have, but neither Irish 10 has any routine whatsoever.

They could both do with the type of routine like McKenzie that takes you out of your own head and gives you something that's highly repeatable each time.

I’m sure there’s a Welsh lad who touches his face about 20 times as part of his routine.

Poor ill disciplined second half for England, looks like they punched themselves out in the first half.
I think Ireland's wastefulness played a big part of it.

Once Ireland didn't panic, there was always a chance they could turn a millions chances into something.

Yeesh, Murley has had a brutal second half.

murley doing his best to take worst performance of the day away from the ref.

Right, I think this is done and I’m off to hit the gym before it closes.

Well done Ireland
Mostly happy with how England have played
Ben OKeefe can go feck himself

Do you want them to smile?

On a serious note, McKenzie had his routine way before gaining consistency. His routine is memorable but he did something else to become good, early on the only thing that was sure was that in spite of his size he had the power for very long distance kicks.

The Irish guy Lowe should have been sinbinned though. The ref warned both teams and then didn't follow through. He was quick enough first half after a warning.

Arguably he should have just given a yellow for persistent infringements. What does he need to wait for a break in play to warn them? They knew what they were at.
