That Ajax right winger looks class, I wish we would've signed him instead of Antony.
Jesus. Watching this makes it even more bizarre how badly it went to ETH. He had all the tools to succeed. Antony looked awesome here, too.

Still can’t believe he didn’t try to revive Donny.

Didn't look like his last game to me, not likely he'll be managing us against Chelsea then?

Caught the end of the game one thing that stood out was the relationship between players and fans.

Quite a few players went to various parts of the pitch to hand over jerseys and chat with fans.

Nice to see.

I don't like he didnt wave to the fans. Wave damnit.

Gyokeres was asked about Amorim going (in English) in his post-match interview.

Said absolutely nowt, so that's enlightening.

Why so quiet in here now? :(

Isn't he supposed to travel tomorrow with a possible announcement post-game tonight? Or are these just shite rumours?

Yes. I like that CV of Amorim has done.

With EtH, I liked what he's done against the big boys in CL. His Ajax side played really progressive style.

The difference between Ten Hag and RA is that Ajax has their youth academy that plays the same way that the first team does and RA used youth players but these don't play necessary in the same way as the first team, I think youth players from Ajax are further in their devolepment then youth players from Sporting because of what I mention the way of they play in youth and first team. Do you remember CR7 who came to Man Utd. the first time, you saw that he had potential but it wasn't a finished player, it was a player who needed to become more efficient and how the feck did he develop. He developed for a lot of fans into the goat of football and for another group of fans to one of the best ever.

Which Portuguese speakers are going to live translate?

Just from a bit of reading this morning he does seem to play that way in the bigger games, but that is a small sample size. Just like ten hag at Ajax, most of the games are a cake walk where they dominate the ball Vs small teams in a poor league.
Well that doesn't sound too encouraging. We need to get away from counter attack as a club in my opinion

He basically said nothing's been decided yet and can't say it's a farewell game

Believe the post match interviewer just asked him if he preferred replacing Pep at city or going to United. Laughter ensued. (Disclaimer: I don't speak Portuguese)

I think he basically said:

"Football eh? A good run out for the boys, I'm happy with the transitions, we have good players, VAR is shit"

Pretty sure I heard a 'City can get fecked' under his laughter ?

In all seriousness, every time he gets asked a question about United he just starts laughing.
