Dunno who this shit works on but literally everything is cheaper if you just wait a bit. I hardly ever pay full price for games, etc.. these days.
If people can't control themselves to wait a day to watch a manager's interview (where he'll broadly say the classics - happy to be here, excited to get started etc..) then they've got issues.
Hope the job's not too big for him

I don't think this is fair, I think Hojlund has decent promise and I am looking forward to seeing him in a new system but it's no harm to have Rashford/Hojlund competing for the 9. I think most agree Zirkzee isn't really a 9 and Rashford isn't going to be playing wing back.
Harsh. Players such as Shaw/Mount are consistently invincible because they are never fit to get onto the pitch.

Rashford has scored more goals in one season that rasmus has his entire career.
The thing about signing a prospect is you have to give them time to devlop. He may well be the future for this club in terms of goals, but keep playing him now, when he clearly is not ready, means that we struggle as a team, but more importantly, keep doing it and we will destroy his career before its really started.
He should not be starting for this club, for his sake, as well as ours.
Nor should Rashford and certainly not as a centre forward. Højlund is a better centre forward than Rashford.
Neither are good enough right now so it doesn't matter that much.

I don’t think it’s “has Hojlund looked better than Rashford to date?”… it’s “who’d be the 9 in Amorims system?”
Looking at videos and Gyokeres (running the channels, physical, good hold up), Hojlund looks a better fit to me. Rashford looks more suited to the second striker role…with Bruno being the other (and Amad competing).

I agree, but that does not change Hojlund being utterly useless in 9/10 games for us. Maybe he'll come good one day, but right now he's just not it. We at least know Rashford is capable of making good runs off the shoulder and channels whilst Hojlund is either fairly static in his movement, playing WWE with the opposition defenders, or just in the completely wrong position.
I don't think either is the right option for beyond this season and we desperately need a proven goalscorer in the summer but for now, I'm not against trying Rashford there under a new system and manager. For the record, even if Rashford does ok there, I would sell him at the first opportunity in summer.
That's a disingenuous logic. Rashford is what, 27? Hojlund is 21. By the way, Hojlund scored in 6 consecutive league games last season when he was 20, it was unfortunately interrupted by injury (which is my biggest question mark with regards to him). Hojlund is clearly a striker while Rashford is clearly not. If Amorim turns Rashford into a productive striker who works hard off the ball then that would be amazing, but it seems reasonable by all accounts that Hojlund starts as his #9.
And then we'll buy his old #9 in the summer hopefully.

Do you not remember Hojlund goal against Galatasaray? He does often make runs but a lot of the time he’s ignored for it. If anyone can improve and develop him then it’s Amorim. I’m willing to give him a fair shot under a new system and manager. Players have been all over the place and useless under ETH chaotic tactics. As for Rashford playing up front… he does sometimes make decent runs but 9/10 he’s always offside. Doesn’t know how to beat the offside trap.
Exactly, Im all up for taking chances on promising coaches and players. Eventually we'll struck gold and that's a much better position to be than the safe one. I rather gamble than be safe on goodish results.
