They remind me so much of England. Tge only difference is we do have a few players whobate of high individual talent they could pull a magic moment out.
This Italy team doesn't even seem capable of that.
Barella and Bastoni are 2 of Inter's best players, I don't rate Scamacca but he finished the season on fire, scoring a brace at Anfield too. Chiesa is good. We have Frattesi on the bench who could be a great player, Fagioli has been inactive for a year for betting and looks bad here of course but he was very highly rated before, Dimarco and Calafiori are out for this game, Buongiorno on the bench is another highly rated young CB...
Then there's Zaniolo and Tonali
Based on the group games I probably would have preferred England to play Italy if they got through, so lethargic and lumbering with little urgency in their play.
