Tbh I can understand Ox and Barkley. They think they won't play much at Chelsea. Llorente however, why the feck did he choose Spurs over Chelsea.

I'd imagine that Barkley still wants to go to Spurs and has been quietly told to hang on 'til January. He's won't be fit to play until much before then any.

The version of events from the Shed End forum which I think is the most believable: Barkley probably got a text from Pochettino to wait till January since they missed out on Andre Gomes and since he wanted to go there all along he changed his mind at the last moment.
