It's really difficult not to. By and large, he seems to be getting everything right. Not just man management and standards but also he seems pretty astute tactically. My hopes and expectations increase almost by the match. Not in a stupid way but just my levels of optimism that the managerial seat is finally occupied by someone with a clear enough plan and methodology who carries enough 'inner force' about him that he'll be able to implement it at this level.
