Given the fact City look like theyll be losing two or more strikers this summer, a move there seems like the likeliest option.
I suspect City is the last place Arsenal or Wenger will want him to go. The Nasri wounds haven't yet healed.
And he can't go if they say no. (sounds like an african-american politician or lawyer; possibly Jesse Jackson or Johnny Cochran - if the glove don't fit you must acquit)
Thing is he can play as a lone striker or as one of the three behind. So he will certainly get games.
I'd play him as a lone striker with three of Silva, Aguero, Nasri, Hazard and Tevez behind. For example,
--Silva-- Aguero-- Hazard
-------Van Persie---
Could quite easily become,
Nasri- Van Persie-- Hazard
-------Tevez-----
Selfish considerations aside I'd like to see him stay at the Emirates. It's horrible to see a club like Arsenal losing all their best players to a club like City with nothing to recommend them except a fat wallet - which isn't even their's.
If Juventus somehow managed to get him they'd almost definitely become one of the best sides in Europe instantly, I reckon.
He has every right to go wherever he gets the most money, he doesnt owe arsenal anything at this stage.
If he does Leave I hope he goes abroad.
If city get him we can forget about winning anything next year, in fact everyone can.
Are they not already? Are they better than us currently? How about Giovinco, he was highly rated a few years back, any news on his progress?

My Arsenal supporting mate just said while we chatted about it, that Arsenal relations with city are in tatters after the Nasri deal and that Wenger said at the shareholders meeting that he would be holding onto him of possible as a contract has been offered. If he refused to accept it he would make sure he lost him on a free than sell to City again
You actually believe Wenger would tell his bosses that he would rather be stubborn and lose him for free than receive £40m+. He's stubborn and mental but not that stubborn and mental and there is no way they would let him make that decision. Ridiculous and complete bollocks.
High cost, high wages, 28, from a premier league rival and a terrible injury record.
Will never happen. I do however think that we may be sending some bullshit rumours out as red herrings to keep City occupied while we work very quietly on sealing some very astute deals.
